“This was our first time at Dave’s Cosmic Subs, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! Sometimes when a restaurant first opens, it takes a few weeks to get everything running smoothly, but you wouldn’t know it here. The staff was incredibly nice, everything was clean, and the food was amazing. My wife and I both got the Dave’s Meatball Sub, and it’s definitely a must-try! We can’t wait to come back and try the Bacon Chicken Ranch next!“

“The best subway I have ever had very much neat and clean, there was a lady and Indian guy who work with full coordination 😀 and and warm receiving as the door is opened. I had my four individual subs and they were so professional in their work right from the making to handling the package. Even they suggest the deal of the day which saves some bucks with extra chips and a fountain drink. I am loving it and I will visit this place again. Thanks for your service guys.“

“Don’t listen to any other review, this is the one that matters. Whoever the Indian young man was that made my spicy Italian deserves the fattest raise. I came in just a few moments ago on New Year’s Eve at 4:30pm and the way he was delicately placing each ingredient on my whole wheat toasted sub was pleasing to the eye. It’s safe to say this man is the god of subs. I just about ascended as the flavors filled mouth after one bite. This man put his whole entire soul into this sandwich and humanity will continue thanking him as long as he’s employed.“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

Romanburger… Romanburger… This location has got to be one of the best on the east side. Everything is always hot, bread is fresh - seems clean inside.“

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. I don’t know his name but I believe he looked like he was in his 40s, African American and had a nice moustache if i may add. I

“Love this subway. Come here all the time since I live so close. The subs are always delicious and it is always made swiftly. There is normally not a huge line of people but sometimes there can be a lot. It is very inexpensive for the quality. Definitely recommend if your in the mood for a sub.“

This particular location hit all the right check boxes and that's why I gave it five stars because it made me think back to the ones that are actually closer to my home that compared to this one had a lot lower quality. Now I know I'll actually take the time to drive a little bit out of my way because the quality, cleanliness, the service and everything else was far better than the ones that are just around the corner from me. “I’m not gonna lie, This could be one of the cleanest Subway locations around. Every time I’m near my photo studio I stop here and grab a sandwich. It’s one of the few Subways I will still eat at. It’s always easy to get in and out quickly and the parking lot is convenient as well. I’m surprised more people aren’t at this location daily.“

“I had the pleasure of being served by Ray. I ordered some Cajun fries and asked for it to be extra crispy. The love and dedication I received in the first order moved me so much, I proceeded to order another round. I knew that she couldn't uphold the first standard she set so high and man was I put to shame. The crispiness of each fry and perfect amount of Cajun spice had me in a trance and loss for words.
