“I've always enjoyed this Mr. Hero location. I love the Roman Burger with waffle fries and of course you got to have the cheese sauce with the fries. It hit the spot today. The staff has always been helpful and it's a nice area if you want to enjoy your meal inside. I will say the food is hit or miss at times on when it’s ready so it’s hard to tell if it’s busy or not but other than that it’s good.“

Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.

“Been in this neighborhood for the last 13 years and not sure how long this Subway has been here, but it's my favorite one around. The same 2 guys have been there for years and they are fast, friendly, the store always is nice and clean. Only down side is how small it is. There is not really anywhere to set besides like 1 table... although in this area now, I don't blame them for not having a bunch of tables. All in all, if you are looking for a decent sandwich, I would recommend them.“

“Best of the best! Live in Youngstown but everytime we travel for work, it is a guaranteed stop for our team. The staff is great and the food is beyond consistent if that makes any sense. The bread is unique but familiar. Have a hard time not getting the turkey so I’ll usually snag a sandwich for when I get home. DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE AND IF THE LINE IS BUSY KEEP CALLING IF ITS NOT PAST 2pm. Good chance they are sold out if that’s the case 😉“

“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. “The food here is so good and so reasonable! My son had the lamb Gyro and he could not stop raving about it! The rest of our party had breakfast sandwiches and they made them fresh right in front of you and I specifically said I only wanted bacon if it could be crispy, very few restaurants understand what crispy bacon is supposed to be But they nailed it! He told me he would make sure it was crispy and it was the best. He cracked the egg in a pan right in front of us went into a little oven and it absolutely perfect. We ate there in the morning before going to the football game and we highly recommend West 3rd Deli!!!“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“Amazing experience at this Charleys location! We ordered dine-in but forgot to mention an onion allergy to the cashier, so the sandwiches came with onions. My husband spoke to the manager, Hani, who handled the situation with total professionalism, respect, and kindness. He immediately replaced our entire order from scratch! “I stopped in here for the first time yesterday after watching Big Boy roll through nearby. The place was fresh, clean, and bright, and the food was even better. “I was in Erie, PA for work and was driving back home to Detroit. As I approached the east side of Cleveland, I asked my Android Auto to find me good sandwich shop on my route. It put Little Cloud at the top of the list of options, so I decided to stop there for lunch.

When I arrived, I ordered Skippy's Chicken Salad and went to scope out a place to sit. I lucked out because the weather had warmed up enough for me to decide that I would sit outside, where they had set up a couple tables. It was a beautiful day. I sat down to eat and took my first bite and, wow, I knew I had found a sandwich that would make me a fan. It was so good that after I ate my sandwich, I went inside to order the Hingetown Cheesesteak sandwich so I could take it back to Detroit with me where I could enjoy it later on. So, I took my sandwich on a three-hour drive to my home in Detroit. My intuition was rewarded when I took a bite from what may be the best cheesesteak sandwich I had ever eaten. It was just right. Both the chicken and the steak sandwiches were amazing. The bread was especially good, being fresh and crusty. They were savory and their ingredients were seemingly combined in a masterful way that made it a road trip meal stop one that I will remember for a long time.

It was a treat that made my journey a bit less forgettable. I will definitely stop there the next time I pass through Cleveland.“

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“The person serving us here was absolutely amazing. Full of life, spoke clearly, made me feel welcome and just nice to talk to (from the few exchanges we had from when I was ordering). I’m not sure exactly why I enjoyed talking to him so much, he just seemed like a great guy. “I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

I went to the Macedonia Ohio location & I got the VEGAN ORIGINAL DAVE'S COSMIC SUB
Vegan pepperoni, salami, and ham, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, red onions, herbs, and Dave’s Psychedelic Sauce.
It is really taste I swapped banana peppers for alfalfa sprouts!! it came cold next time I will ask for hot. There are so many vegan sub selections, I can't wait to to try the other options.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread.
