Maria is such an incredibly person! She has made the highlight of my year and genuinely now my favorite Charley’s, I asked many questions and I asked for recommendations and she gave me many!
This place is very good!
Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

The entire store (front/back) was very clean. The kitchen was wiped down and organized. The stainless steel and grills were clean while in use. The staff is clean and were all wearing hair nets and gloves.
Our food was fresh and delicious with great care in preparation. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming.
This is a great business addition to Garfield Heights. I will definitely come back!
