“Hey. I must say... Macey came through for Dear Moxi. This is a late night hype on the chicken side. First round was a no go... (no need for details because it was corrected)... however, walked in stated our issue and she welcomed the fix. Thanks so much. Now that's great customer service, which I'm HUGE on! Thanks again Macey for coming through for the Joneses.“

“Been in this neighborhood for the last 13 years and not sure how long this Subway has been here, but it's my favorite one around. The same 2 guys have been there for years and they are fast, friendly, the store always is nice and clean. Only down side is how small it is. There is not really anywhere to set besides like 1 table... although in this area now, I don't blame them for not having a bunch of tables. All in all, if you are looking for a decent sandwich, I would recommend them.“

“The workers were great and the food was good but those workers definitely deserve an updated store. The counters and tables were definitely well used and well worn. They were clean but you cant clean away normal wear and tear from old counters and tables. The employees deserve to have Corporate step up spruce up their store.“

“Good service kind worker clean good good understanding hard working I have been going here for 3 years and have nothing but positive reviews and workers are trained to keep the line moving yet still ensure quality of the food also has fresh food each day this subway is the best subway I have been to in Cleveland staff is really friendly and u can have a conversation with them this store is the best around the owner care about you and the treatment you get 10/10“

“This place is very good!
Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.
10/10 stars. Definitely will be back“

“When i say the service from both young ladies in the drive thru was TOP TIER i had to tell them usually service from young people can be dry no etiquette on their cell phones but I was greeted with smiles and told have a beautiful day it truly was an awesome experience keep both of those young ladies in the drive thru they were AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!“

“i feel like some people should try to get to know the manager better before judging him because he is very nice even for people who get there order because i been hearing a lot of people talking bad about him and i just feel like people should never judge a book by its cover and people need to stop taking his kindness for weakness for people who know what that mean. Because now since i'm working there he is very nice. not just that for any manger at a fast food place or anything.“

“Typically great service. Whoever you've got making the pies tonight is a master. The medium sausage with extra sauce that I just received has to be hands down the best pizza I've ever had from papa John's. They used the perfect amount of sauce the perfect amount of cheese the perfect amount of time in the oven. Literally so excited about it I came to find this page so that I could say BIG UPS!“

“So things took a while to get done and served BUT to compensate the young man at the register was very polite and gave my daughter a huge frosty and got me a purple hi-c even tho they were out. He got me my drink. Great customer service goes a long way. I was inside. Not drive through.“
