“Stopped by for breakfast. In town on a job. I try to avoid McDonald's, but today, it called for it and the breakfast I can do. I haven't been in the app in a bit, and it changed. What also changed was how you ordered your items. No more looking up item by typing. You must select it from a list. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich, and inside, they took care of me so well! Kevina, to he specific, she really made my morning. I appreciate you!! Also, the manager came up and saw me waiting and instantly made sure I was good, definitely refreshing at McDonald's.“

“The 2 young ladies working were awesome. Service was on point, subs were made fresh and to liking. They followed direction well and had no attitude with my difficult order. Keep up the great work. Facilities cleanliness was on point. Good job team!“

“Not the nicest of neighborhoods but who doesn't dig a mini-broke-Ohio-city type of concrete jungle as a view while chomping down some Subway tuna salad deliciousness!? 😋 The gal that was working was solo and working hard!! She was also such a wonderfully nice person and when my kiddo didn't want to accept 'no' for a 2nd cookie since I didn'thabe enough cash, she offered to buy for him. So kind!! The tuna was yummy, as normal! Bread fresh. Veggies as well! Not a long wait. Bathroom was icky, but that's what I'd avoid as the solo worker in there, too. JS.

“I hate this Burger King for the life of me. It’s always something, they don’t have this they don’t have that. UNLESS my guy Q is there, he is the most friendliest helpful person there, and he’s fast and he makes sure my order is right. He is probably the only reason I will go there. If he’s not there, it’s garbage. If I was rating Q for BK it would be all 5 stars and above, but if he’s not there I wouldn’t even give a half of a star.“

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!“

“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“
