This had led to a complaint to the supervisor and she took care of the situation in a very humble and respectful manner. She took it into her own hands to hand-deliver a piece of melted cheese to my brother. Excellent service“

“I wanted to recommend Arby's because when I went to get a few sandwiches yesterday, I came home and my order was not correct because I had all roast beefs and not my chicken Bacon and Cheddar. I called them to let them know about the situation. They told me, I could come in when I had time because I was off to work. Today I went in to Arby's and got the correct Sandwich "Chicken Bacon and Chedder. They really went beyond my expectations because they not only gave me the Sandwich but curly fries and a drink too with no extra Charge.
