They clearly use only the best ingredients, and it shows. What really sets them apart is the passion of the staff. You can tell they truly love what they do -- every interaction feels warm, genuine, and full of pride for their craft. They even gave the children a behind-the-scenes tour, which was such a fun and unique experience! The children loved being able to make their own pizza. “We cannot thank the Russo family enough for hosting the luncheon after our 7 year old daughter, Jady’s bell ringing ceremony. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so incredibly loved and celebrated.

The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. Jan also surprised Jady with a special bell ringing gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Beyond their incredible kindness and generosity, the food, drinks, and service were absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect, and they helped make an already emotional and unforgettable day even more special for our family and friends.

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“I love thin style pizzas, a la Il Rione and Pizzeria di Laura, but the bottom 1/3 end of our margherita pizza was crunchy, almost like a thick potato chip. The middle part up to the crust was good and the crust is quite large, but tasty. Although I don't like eating the crust that much. The taste of the middle portion of the pizza was good. We'll have to try this again.“

“I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“

“A most excellent casual, yet fine dining experience at Sara's Place in quiet and secluded Gates Mills. My wife and I had a much needed date night and we're very pleased with our visit. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. “Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

So he went there and placed the order even though we live in Mantua. Yesterday after a long day at Halloween events for our kids and sitting in the McDonald’s line for 20+ minutes before pulling away we decided to just grab some dinner as a family which the food as always was wonderful. “Kinneret Pizza is a classic, no-frills spot that feels like it’s been around forever—probably 70 years. The crust is solid, the sauce has an interesting twist, but not the best, and the cheese is plentiful. Great by the slice.

The fries? Amazing. Big, fat, crispy—exactly how they should be.

Service is quick and a person behind counter is little curt, but it fits the old-school vibe. Prices are on the high side.

I do have one concern on a pizza I ordered on Friday 13th around 5 PM It was a large with half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. The crust was thin the pizza was dry and the cheese was not soft. I don't know what happened but it was not good.“

“I love this location!! After moving to this area 5 years ago i have had little good/positive experiences with most businesses. Whether it's the employees bad attitude or the food being not worth the money. The few times I have ordered from here, every employee has been respectful, kind, patient and has a great work ethic. And the food is always fresh and exactly what we ask for. I live very close to a little ceasers drive thru, but will drive past it every time to come here.
