“I am both a customer and a doordasher for the Solon Papa John's. They are the best of the best on both ends. They are the most competent restaurant in solon. When I place a personal order, it's ready in 10 minutes, and I am never dissatisfied with the product when I receive a doordash offer from them, it's always ready within 5 minutes of me arriving. “I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“What a fun time! Came here while visiting from out of town since there were vegan options. Ordered the Veggie Mite and the Kevin Mcallister, along with the Sweet and Seedy salad. “Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

“I went there Saturday August 16th after attending the Pagan Pride and ordered chicken tenders and jojos. The pizza looked and smelled delicious. They were very busy. Staff is friendly and hard working. They apologized for it taking longer than usual but it was at 4pm and they were slammed. The three huge tenders were crispy and delicious. The coating is amazing. 6 large jojos and after being in the sun and heat all day I was starving. I always order food here every year after attending Pagan Pride. They let us park in their huge lot so we make sure to buy food there. One of the best gioninos that I have ordered from.“

I arrived exactly at the estimated time pick up my order (website estimated 30 minutes) and ended up waiting an additional 25 minutes inside the restaurant for 2 medium pizzas! “I just wanted to say that this is the best pizza and I only order from this location. I do have one concern on a pizza I ordered on Friday 13th around 5 PM It was a large with half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. The crust was thin the pizza was dry and the cheese was not soft. I don't know what happened but it was not good.“

“I love this location!! After moving to this area 5 years ago i have had little good/positive experiences with most businesses. Whether it's the employees bad attitude or the food being not worth the money. The few times I have ordered from here, every employee has been respectful, kind, patient and has a great work ethic. “The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

“Absolutely delicious gluten-free/cauliflower crust pizza! I love it. The sauce is perfect - not too sweet, and just the right amount of savory & spice. My daughter and husband enjoy the traditional pies, as well! Highly recommended!

Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust is yum! And the sauce is absolutely perfect. I also appreciate that the size is slightly larger than what you get at other locations.
