“We had a perfect medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The crust was fresh and formed with perfection. The sauce was not sweet but so delicious and pulled this perfect pie together. Every bite was enjoyable. My dinner salad with the best red wine vinegar dressing ever mmmmm made a great meal paired with the pizza!!!

“We cannot thank the Russo family enough for hosting the luncheon after our 7 year old daughter, Jady’s bell ringing ceremony. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so incredibly loved and celebrated.

The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. Jan also surprised Jady with a special bell ringing gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Beyond their incredible kindness and generosity, the food, drinks, and service were absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect, and they helped make an already emotional and unforgettable day even more special for our family and friends.

“I have worked in the Garfield Hts area for almost 8 years now and anytime I think of having pizza for lunch or dinner, I think of East Coast Pizza. Their pies are always hot with fresh ingredients. Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“

I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Yesterday after a long day at Halloween events for our kids and sitting in the McDonald’s line for 20+ minutes before pulling away we decided to just grab some dinner as a family which the food as always was wonderful. “I love this location!! After moving to this area 5 years ago i have had little good/positive experiences with most businesses. Whether it's the employees bad attitude or the food being not worth the money. The few times I have ordered from here, every employee has been respectful, kind, patient and has a great work ethic. And the food is always fresh and exactly what we ask for. I live very close to a little ceasers drive thru, but will drive past it every time to come here.

“Food is fresh, hot and VERY delicious! Has that homemade taste and flavor that brings me back to being a kid at family bbqs.. The burgers and hot dogs are very reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly! This place should be busier! I will def come back! Best burgers and hot dogs in cleveland!! I ate one of the dogs quicker than I could take the picture! But I had 2 classic coneys, a cheeseburger, tater tots and large drink... waited maybe 10 minutes. “We had dinner there last night at their new location. They have not lost a step. It is still a great restaurant. All four of us had something different and everyone raved about their choices. My veal parm was excellent and so large that I brought home enough for another meal! The new location is nice and roomy with the same great service. I can’t wait to return.
