“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. They definitely provide top notch, customer service & are wonderful human beings at the Macedonia location. Thank you for providing such great service everyday!!”

“I came in to this restaurant for the first time tonight and was immediately greeted by a friendly employee Stephanie who I’m sure had a long day as it’s almost 10pm. Food was awesome and great staff!”

“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.”

“My photo does no justice to the Russian rye bread I grabbed at Heinen's in Strongsville.

I was standing in the bread aisle not really sure what I wanted when a kind gentleman stocking the Reinecker’s Bakery shelves suggested I try it.

OMG. Absolutely amazing. 😋

I found their Facebook page and realized they’re a bit of a drive, but as a carbs carbs carbs fan, I may need to travel for more bread and their pretzels too 🤣

“Had not been to Applebee's for a long time. Ate the spinach artichoke dip with tortillas as appetizer. Was delicious and cheesy on top. For dinner I ordered the Asian chicken salad. It was a nice size meal with breadstick. Excellent dressing. I will order again and highly recommend. Made with green and red cabbage, therefore full of fiber and filling.”
