The restaurant reached out to me directly to let me know they didn’t have roasted red peppers and asked me if I would like anything for substitution. I was really appreciative that they called and communicated. That was a first for me and totally unexpected and then the kind employee called me back to let me know that she made a mistake on my order and added bacon and communicated with the delivery driver in which he went back to grab the fixed order. The employee went above and beyond and it was so delicious and fresh. Please don’t lose your great service it’s much appreciated and hard to come by these days. Food quality 🤌🏾, customer service 🤌🏾. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“
