We bombarded the Solon location with a large party ( more than 10) and when I tell you everything from the initial greeting until we bid farewell was AMAZING!!! The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Ty… HE DID THAT! The staff prepared each meal perfectly and not one of us had any complaints!! Thank you all for being so accommodating! And Mr. King ( the manager) he was totally hands on as well as I think her name was Renee another manager

It was great! Silvana is a great server and we could not believe how much food (which was wonderfully prepared very quickly and we will be eating leftovers - 2 full meals for each order). We have already made arrangements to meet some very good friends of our there soon. We thought the prices seemed to be average until we received our meals. Yours Truly Hudson offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu features a variety of options, including burgers, seafood, salads, and breakfast all day. The basic breakfast is done perfectly, and the waffle with strawberry toppings is a good portion. The Palermo omelette with Italian sausage, green peppers and mozzarella cheese is good and served with hash browns. The patty melt is outstanding and big enough for 2 meals, and the shakes with peanut butter are great. The coffee is good, and the service is excellent. The ambience is good with a minimal amount of noise, making it a popular spot for repeat visits.
