“I love this place! Me and my partner eat here all the time. As a person who recently stopped eating meat, this is my favorite vegan restaurant. The food doesn’t make a difference if it’s vegan or not, it’s just good food overall. I’m working my way to try everything on the menu but my faves are the vegan pepper steak & rice and the vegan chilli on Wednesdays. But I enjoy everything on the menu so it just depends what you are in the mood for. Omg can’t forget the lemonade! Yum

One of my favorite things on the menu is the Western omelette. 🍳 It’s always cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I usually order it with a side of pork links, some toast, and a refreshing glass of apple juice, which makes for a really satisfying meal. 😋 The prices are also very reasonable, so you get a great meal without spending too much.

Another cool thing about this place is the artwork displayed around the restaurant. 🎨 Not only does it add a lot of character to the decor, but you can actually purchase some of the pieces if you like them. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and everything — from the dining area to the restrooms — is very clean and well maintained.

“this columbus-based chain has a lot to offer in terms of flavor and vegan options. despite being a build-your-bowl concept, it still feels high-end. everything from dressing salad to baking pita in a stone oven is done in front of you. the menu is clearly labeled, and staff are happy to inform you if something contains dairy. my go-to is a salad bowl with falafel, hummus, dressed cucumbers, red cabbage, beets, marinated eggplant, cauliflower topped with zhug, and of course, a side of freshly baked pita :) other options include vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies and french fries with a wide array of drinks. “My company held a retreat and workshop in the Tasting Room in February of 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic. The service staff was extremely friendly and made sure coffee, beverages, and snacks were always stocked. The meals they prepared for us were incredible - ask for the mac & cheese. And then, at the end of our work event, we had a happy hour right there in the room with some of the best beers in Cleveland. If you're looking for a place to have a work event, I HIGHLY suggest you call GLBC!“
