“My boyfriend and I decided to finally try Rood on Valentine's Day after wanting to go for the past few years we've lived in Lakewood. I am not exaggerating when I say this was one of the best experiences and meals we have EVER had. I will be talking about this place to others on the east side of Cleveland. Definitely worth the drive. “First time having real Indian food and I was blown away. The hot had flavor, not just heat. So many sauces and chutneys, they even have an all you can eat lunch buffet daily that I’m so coming back for. Small restaurant but what charm the atmosphere had. 18 years in business and I can see why.“

“Wow. This place was recommended to us as my husband and I were looking for the perfect cheeseburger for our wedding anniversary. The staff in the kitchen … you guys are so amazing, warm and gracious. We will be back. The Tinman! That was one extraordinary burger. And the fries, chicken tenders are out of this world with all those sauces. Can’t thank you enough. Also, the interior vibe and feel of the place is wonderful. “We stopped in to the Burning River while on vacation for the weekend. While the coffee and tea we had were amazing it was the service that really blew us away. The barista was extremely friendly, went over the menu of specialty drinks with us and even joined us for a little conversation when he had a moment. For the extremely excellent service alone I would recommend the burning river, but let’s not forget about the coffee and tea. It was amazing.“

“Just ordered from door dash on this location- best food on the whole site and I've been at the site for awhile. Excellent portions, tremendous flavor- their corn bread is sweet but not too sweet. I ordered Three Likkle Birds with cabbage and cornbread- even the cabbage was simply and nicely cooked. I couldn't even eat it all, will have another great meal coming to me. KUDOS to the great possibility of a great whole in the wall- step up and be pleased.“

“This has to be the best Chinese food I've ever eat bar none. The food is hot fresh flavorful and when you ask for the general tso's to be really hot be really careful it's good but hot then you get a big bag of shrimp chips for $2.95 you can't beat that. I'm definitely going back again“
