Drivers have always brought my order to my front or back door, only one time was it left inside my lobby door. Tonight I got the text was order was with the driver, but I never got the confirmation text or a call from the driver or a knock on the door. Realizing it was now after the store closes, I called the store and the employee that answered had me check both doors with him on the phone, but then I had to ask for a refund and he said to call customer service he didn't know...read full review
Ordered Commercial Break snack pack. No problems ordering. Delivery was horrible. Didn't follow directions. Left outside in 5° cold. Ice cream was missing. Called the store and said would figure it out and get it to me. Didn't ask my name or order #. Still waiting an hour later for that to arrive. This was my 1st and last time ordering.
Update: After another call to the store I was told it would be delivered soon. This time actually confirmed who I was and order number....read full review
