Insomnia Cookies provides a great experience for customers seeking freshly baked cookies and ice cream sandwiches. The staff, especially Ryah and the manager John, are known for their exceptional service, often working alone and going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They are friendly, attentive, and even bake cookies to order, making sure treats are warm and delicious. Customers appreciate the good deals available through the rewards app, which makes getting their favorite treats easier. Although the cookies are highly praised for being warm and soft, some customers mention that the cookies could be a little warmer, especially when paired with the brownie and ice cream. Despite busy times and limited parking, the staff remains accommodating and polite, creating a positive and memorable experience that encourages customers to return.
