Never again. The quick checkout changed the delivery address. When I tried calling to correct it, I was hung up on 8 times. I emailed customer service who told me that the driver was en route. It arrived 30 minutes late and was cold. If you must have it, do pick up.

RYAH was absolutely phenomenal, came in around 1am to find she was the only person working and she had a smile on her face and ready to help!! She absolutely went above and beyond for everyone in the store to make sure that we all got our cookies!!! To her managers, this girl DESERVES a raise!! Will be returning just for her!!!!

Went to get some cookies/brownies. I told The cashier I wanted 6 cookies and separately 2 brownies. She only gave me 5 cookies. She threw this mushy peanut butter cookie on top of everything. When we complained,she basically shrugged us off and said the two brownies equal to the one cookie?I been going to insomnia for years and never heard of that. I never Had aproblem with this location but i probably Won’t be back.

they gave us RAW cookies!!! they were so raw the sides of them were spilling all over the mini cookies. the mini cookies are way too overpriced at $12 for 12 and the cookies are smaller than a cutie orange.

Placed an order at 10:40 that was estimated for an 11:15-11:35 delivery. It's 12:30 and nothing to show which wouldn't be so bad if someone would just answer the phone or provide an update at all. Would prefer to just cancel the order but that isn't even possible since no one appears to be working.

The two girls working on Saturday night, February 10th went above and beyond with us. My friends and I stopped by around 8 pm to get some ice cream sandwiches and cookies to go. We could tell that they were swamped and also sold out of a lot of the cookies we wanted, but they offered to bake them up for us (we didn't mind the wait because fresh cookies! woohoo!!) they were very apologetic to us for the wait but I've worked in food service so I understand how hectic it can get. they even gave us a few extra free cookies! and boy they were delicious, warm, & extremely soft, the wait was worth it. Will be coming back!

They seemed to be out of every cookie flavor I asked for and I finally waited for some to be freshly baked. Cookies are good but not great. I love that they are served warm and you can have an ice cream sandwich made or get two cookies and a milk. If you want cookies this will quench the

I ordered a large order online for pickup. Service was attentive, and was actually so good it was unexpected!! I bought a 50 pack and a few other packs of cookies…the staff took the time to remove some of the allergen friendly products from the large package and put them with other allergen friendly order. They carefully did this and then they explained the packaging to me, and even taped all of separate boxes together for easy transportation…wow!!! Just wow!!! I was so taken aback I didn’t even get a chance to tell them what a great job they did!!! For the record, it was the the crew working on November 5th 2023 at 8 PM. Great experience and we will order again, well done!!!Dietary restrictions: Excellent options available.
It’s not bad for what it is. I feel like insomnia has definitely fallen off a little bit over the past few years, but they’re still a decent cookie shop regardless. My other tidbit with insomnia is that their pricing is insanely expensive, when the cookies don’t really give all that much, compared to somewhere like Crumbl Cookies. Again, not the worst place to get cookies, but definitely not the best.Parking: The only real place that you can park for the store is in the front on the street. If you go during the day, you’ll probably find a spot, but if you go during the night, the chances are much lower and you may have to park further away.
