“On phone 36 min waiting for someone to pick up. Noone picked up to put me on hold!! Called around 7:30 PM. My white cheesy specialty pizza again came with no feta cheese and no tomatoes. It was also really flat not "fluffy" like it usually is.“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . Will absolutely be returning. 10 out of 10 pictures of drinks and dessert, eat the pizza to quickly“

“My daughter and I was in Cleveland for a concert. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before the show. We googled and found this place as it was the closest to the venue. When we walked in we asked how long it would take to get a pizza and explained that we were short on time and the owner greeted us and told us that he could have us a pizza ready in about 10 minutes. We were seated and given some complementary bread. The owner suggested their take on the new haven style and it was amazing.The place was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We WILL be making the hour drive again just to visit.“

“They checked all the boxes of the perfect nostalgic pizza shop! From the minute we walked in, they greeted us and were so friendly! We felt so welcome, and our server Heather and Mrs. Farinacci were so nice to talk to and were so friendly with our toddler! The pizza was delicious, especially the perfectly crispy crust; they accommodated my dairy allergy much better than most places, which I very much appreciate!

“We recently discovered this place and we love everything about it. Our son loves their lasagna and can eat half a piece by himself, which to me is crazy.

The calzone and lasagna are what we've gotten both times now and we have loved it each time.

The decor inside truly shows the history behind the place and these are the places we love going to!
The staff is amazing as well!

I could spend hours just in the dining room and still discover something new every time I come by!

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“I have worked in the Garfield Hts area for almost 8 years now and anytime I think of having pizza for lunch or dinner, I think of East Coast Pizza. Their pies are always hot with fresh ingredients. Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“

“I love thin style pizzas, a la Il Rione and Pizzeria di Laura, but the bottom 1/3 end of our margherita pizza was crunchy, almost like a thick potato chip. The middle part up to the crust was good and the crust is quite large, but tasty. Although I don't like eating the crust that much. The taste of the middle portion of the pizza was good. We'll have to try this again.“

“I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“

“Parking: Very nice parking lot also free i always find a parking spot.

Kid-friendliness: They are very friendly with kids very nice down to heart people. Best pizza in all of Cleveland I drove here all the way from Pittsburgh just to try it and i am very satisfied“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

“We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“I love this location!! After moving to this area 5 years ago i have had little good/positive experiences with most businesses. Whether it's the employees bad attitude or the food being not worth the money. The few times I have ordered from here, every employee has been respectful, kind, patient and has a great work ethic. “I have been working in the area staying in Independence and have enjoyed their pizza many times. I have a gluten allergy so I was happy to find they have two gluten free crust options. They have a delicious raised edge cauliflower crust and a thin crispy rice crust. They are 12 inch pizzas. Last night I ordered one of each topped the same for comparison. I enjoyed both. Depending if you want a thinner more crispy or a raised edge slightly thicker both are great !!! Thank you Augies for providing options for people who have a legitimate gluten allergy.

“We had a perfect medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The crust was fresh and formed with perfection. The sauce was not sweet but so delicious and pulled this perfect pie together. Every bite was enjoyable. My dinner salad with the best red wine vinegar dressing ever mmmmm made a great meal paired with the pizza!!!

“Was there Thurs afternoon. Manager Kat was very helpful. 11 beers on tap & only TWO were IPAs. FANTASTIC!!! Sampled 8-9 drafts, & all were great. Pizzas, salads, wraps, & milk shakes. Had the $10 Veggie Wrap with chips. Was also great. Attentive service. Low volume music, & the TVS may have been muted. Perfect. A handful of CWRU students were there. Peaceful. Every Wed, buy 2 pizzas, & get 2nd at 1/2 price. Outdoor seating's available, also. Best place to park is the lot on Bellflower that's just S of L'Albatros (which is just E of Jolly's). I'm hoping Jolly's stays open a long time. Possibly opens at 1200, Sun-Sat. Anyone who works or lives near there should check it out, & will probably become repeat customers.“

“We were visiting from Columbus. Quick google search on best pizza in Cleveland and this was one of the recommendations. Glad we chose this spot. The pizza was great and the owner was even better. Came out and talked with us, once he found out we were out of town he asked my family and I a lot of questions about our trip, what we did for fun, where we ate at. Great to see owners like this.“

“Ordered online so can't speak for the location or staff but MAN was the small sausage and pepperoni pizza some of the best I've had. Super fresh and full of flavor from sauce to crust. Speaking of crust, it was perfectly crispy on the outside while being light and fluffy on the inside.

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

“Absolutely delicious gluten-free/cauliflower crust pizza! I love it. The sauce is perfect - not too sweet, and just the right amount of savory & spice. My daughter and husband enjoy the traditional pies, as well! Highly recommended!

Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower crust is yum! And the sauce is absolutely perfect. I also appreciate that the size is slightly larger than what you get at other locations.
