“I've been a patron here for quite some time. The customer service is always exceptional! I like that they're still old school and have to order over the phone. It's a nice human touch. Delivery comes within the stated window. Driver's are nice as well! I always get their Italiano fried chicken (white) dinner. The chicken was a bit greasy this time but it was still delicious. Nicely seasoned and juicy. The JoJo's are the best in the city. Crisp on the outside and tender in the inside. The Cole slaw is SO good. Balanced between sweet and tangy. I wish they offered a roll with it. The garlic bread with cheese is always good and their sauce is nicely sweet and savory. My small pepperoni and green bell pepper pizzas are always made perfectly. Great crust. Keep up the amazing work guys!“
“This is a straightforward pizza. It's nothing fancy, but it's definitely tasty. Good for the price. It's not really a place people are meant to sit and eat, reminds me of a takeaway Chinese place. However, there is one table which is clean and serviceable. The service is 100%. Very polite, very friendly, very helpful. A perfect place to take your kids for a quick bite at a reasonable price.Vegetarian options: Lots of things you can get with or without meat.“
“Late night Burger King I went to was taking so long so I call Marco last minute and they told me to come on in and mad fresh pizza and wings and took less than what I waited at BK and had amazing attitudes about even around the holiday. Me and mom appreciate you guys.“
“Pizza was phenomenal, I ordered a small personal pepperoni pizza, and honestly, it was as good as personal pizza gets. It is CASH ONLY so bring your dead presidents! I made the mistake of not having any cash on me and ownership told me to still take my pizza, eat it, enjoy it, and come back later or tomorrow to pay. I luckily had some cash in my car I forgot about so was able to pay before leaving, but an all time gesture that deserves recognition. 10 out of 10, would recommend!!“
“Mamma Santa’s was fine, but I’m not entirely sure why it’s considered a local institution compared to other spots in Little Italy. The food on the whole was good, especially the flavorful red sauce (though I wish it had less salt and more fresh basil), perfectly al dente spaghetti, and pungent marinaded olives. I would have been willing to overlook the (unusual) choice of unbreaded eggplant parmesan if the eggplant had been thoroughly cooked. The manicotti would have benefitted from a creamier ricotta filling, and the meatballs from more herbs and seasonings, but both were still above average. About all that can be said for the salad, however, was that it was green. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, which partially, but not completely, made up for the fact that the dining space had all the charm of your grandparents’ unfinished basement.“
“I only have one complaint. We have been calling this place for two days between my girlfriend and me. We have made 20 calls, when the phone ring it would just be music even called the operator to see if there was something wrong with the line. Finally my friend went up there to check and they’re closed until April 15, I wish they would’ve respected their customers enough to have had a message on their machine saying such. We wasted a lot of time that we can’t get back.Well that sounds like you’re making excuses. Why didn’t you just put it on the information that states your hours and you could’ve written right there Close till April 15, that would’ve been easy. Your attitude is disappointing. Sounds like disrespect for the customer and I do love this restaurant and I love the people that have waited on me.“
“One of the best kept secrets on Chagrin Boulevard and a short distance from the busy area where all the restaurants are located. The place is nicely laid out and decorated, with a bar, two dining rooms, a fireplace, and big tables that can accommodate large parties with ease. Plenty of choices on the menu, all Italian (obviously), with excellent service and relatively high prices.Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza, Salads, and Pasta Dishes with No Meat.Parking: Big parking lot by the building where the restaurant is located.“
“Our appetizers were frog legs- lightly fried( yummy) and mussels. We ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed sipping and watching the books and servers do their thing. We split veal scallopini which came with a little ziti pasta in red sauce and Parmesan cheese. We had cannolis for dessert which were delicious. The waiter was incredible, actually one of the best I've had in awhile. The food was reasonably priced and we just really enjoyed the whole evening. Would go there again tonight if I could!“
“The best extra cheese pizza in northfield. Spinattos is good, but you can not go wrong at all for the value here.Awesome with kids and has always been great to mine, gave them stuffed toys when my son was crying.Family owned and hand made, theres pizza all over this town but this is one of the only places you can go and sit down and eat these days.“
“Ok, this place is awesome. We have gone several times already, trying different things and haven't even gotten to the pizza yet!! Their pasta is delicious, generous portions and they don't skimp on the cheese or the chicken. Sandwiches are a great size, definitely fill you up portion. The fried ravioli are to die for, I could probably eat 3 orders to myself... the calories are really good, the salad was ok.. I was a little disappointed that they don't make their own ranch, or croutons but it was a good size. All in all, this is my n my son's new favorite pizza ? shop!! The sweet tomato sauce is sooooo freaking good, I could eat it on everything ? lol new fav, must try!! Pizza is next on our hit list lolPizza is amazing, must try!!! I love pepperoni and pineapple, or pepperoni and mushroom... green pepper on anything... but their specialty pizzas are where it's at! The wild Midwest is a favorite of mine, and you can't go wrong with the cheeseland! The crew there is small and they work really hard. It's not easy for them to take care of such a high demand for their food but they get up and work 12-15 hour days, 6 days a week to bring us our chicken and pizza. So next time it's a little overdone, or they forget to add extra whatever or leave something out, give um a break... they're just people trying to get by and make a living to feed their families, just like us! Super good people, always makes things right too, when they do mess up. Love this place!Vegetarian options: Mostly salads and veggie subKid-friendliness: Good food, kids love pizza!“
