“best gluten free pizza EVER“

“On phone 36 min waiting for someone to pick up. Noone picked up to put me on hold!! Called around 7:30 PM. My white cheesy specialty pizza again came with no feta cheese and no tomatoes. It was also really flat not "fluffy" like it usually is.“

“Absolutely love doing our celebrations at LockKeepers! We've celebrated our Birthdays and anniversaries here through the years and it was always such a wonderful experience each time! Jackie was the best server! She really took good care of us and made sure we were happy during and after our meals. She's absolutely the best server one can ever hope for! “I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Simply the best pizza I've ever had. Superior toppings, great crust and consistent excellence for decades now. I find it unreasonable for me to go anywhere else.“

“The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

“Pizza was ok nothing that made me say oooh delicious sauce was flavorless (took a bite with no pepperoni), pepperoni over powering that couldn't even taste the sausage and greasy. The mozzarella too expensive and cold, I live 2min away if that so it wasn't the drive time.“

“We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“We had my birthday celebration there. Let me tell you, the experience was just beautiful. There were 16 of us, and they catered to our every need. The serving staff was patient, and very thorough. They were so attentive, and made certain we were very well taken care of. THE FOOD! Man oh man. That food was the bomb. Being a pleasant sunny day, we were seated in their tastefully decorated & tree shaded patio. The freshly baked bread, Chicken Marsala & Braciola with pasta/marinara sauce sides were all excellent. Layla, our waitress, provided outstanding service.“

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! By far the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

Mary was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had—top-notch friendly, incredibly informative, and she truly made the entire night memorable. We can’t say enough great things about her. The drinks were outstanding. We tried five or six off the menu, and every single one was handcrafted and delicious. “It was horrible! Service was bad. Food was boring. Tiny pizzettes not too bad but not worth the money. The skewers were just 3 chunks of meat with no veggies. Just unflavored meat skewers presented on an empty plate. They brought out one item at a time so the first orders got cold while waiting for the others. Way overpriced for what you get. Way too much furniture crammed into a tiny space. People brushing past you to try to get through. So very disappointing. Not at all like the photos.“
