“On phone 36 min waiting for someone to pick up. Noone picked up to put me on hold!! Called around 7:30 PM. My white cheesy specialty pizza again came with no feta cheese and no tomatoes. It was also really flat not "fluffy" like it usually is.“

He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“A most excellent casual, yet fine dining experience at Sara's Place in quiet and secluded Gates Mills. My wife and I had a much needed date night and we're very pleased with our visit. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. Highly recommend for a casual night out 👌“

I had the rosemary chicken spaghetti and tasted the love and passion that went into the dish. I shared a slice of strawberry cheesecake for dessert and was so impressed, I ended up ordering an extra slice to go to have with my coffee in the morning. The atmosphere is romantic and cozy. Definitely perfect for a date! “We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“Only wish we had gone sooner! Everything was truly top-notch, and we can’t wait to go back.

We started with the garlic bread, which wasn’t pictured, and then I had the Chicken Alfredo with a chicken cutlet. Next time, I might skip the chicken and just enjoy the Alfredo because the sauce was absolutely amazing! The portion was generous enough to share, too.

My husband ordered the Linguini Frutti di Mare and was pleasantly surprised by the mussels and clams. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful.

We also tried their limoncello shot and spritzer. I loved the limoncello shot, and my husband really enjoyed the spritzer.

If you’re looking for great Italian food and some of the best pasta in Northeast Ohio, this is definitely worth a visit. The only challenging part is parking, but the food is more than worth it!

“We had dinner there last night at their new location. They have not lost a step. It is still a great restaurant. All four of us had something different and everyone raved about their choices. My veal parm was excellent and so large that I brought home enough for another meal! The new location is nice and roomy with the same great service. I can’t wait to return. “Just visited ist of August 2020 again to try out the new menu items since MGM is out.of the picture. Wait for food was pretty long this day at 45 minutes for two meals but I am sure this was related to the grand opening celebration. In fact there were so.many open to go orders they had no more beepers to give out and resorted to yelling out names. We each opted for the rigatoni and sausage. We asked for a combined marinara and alfredo sauce. Pasta cooked perfectly aldente blended sauce is better than either one alone. The blended sauce is not on the menu so you need to ask them to blend it. While the sausage tasted good with just a little bit of spice, the casing was very tough. The addition of several more new menu items makes this a recurring spot to sit down or take out!

The Lobster Bisque is made with love and the feature, Japanese Wagyu was absolutely divine! We ordered the Béarnaise sauce but the steak did not need it at all! “It was horrible! Service was bad. Food was boring. Tiny pizzettes not too bad but not worth the money. The skewers were just 3 chunks of meat with no veggies. Just unflavored meat skewers presented on an empty plate. They brought out one item at a time so the first orders got cold while waiting for the others. Way overpriced for what you get. Way too much furniture crammed into a tiny space. People brushing past you to try to get through. So very disappointing. Not at all like the photos.“

The portions are huge enough to share an entree for average appetites. The following evening we ordered some pasta, garlic bread, and dessert to compliment our left overs from the previous night. We will definitely keep this place in our books if we travel back to tje area.“
