“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Amazing! This was our first time here for a family birthday party, and it did not disappoint. Mary was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had—top-notch friendly, incredibly informative, and she truly made the entire night memorable. We can’t say enough great things about her. The drinks were outstanding. We tried five or six off the menu, and every single one was handcrafted and delicious. Favorites were the Old Fashioned, Cat’s Meow, espresso martinis, and my absolute favorite—the Frosted Sour. The food was out of this world, and the place itself is super cute with a great ambiance. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

“Just visited ist of August 2020 again to try out the new menu items since MGM is out.of the picture. Wait for food was pretty long this day at 45 minutes for two meals but I am sure this was related to the grand opening celebration. In fact there were so.many open to go orders they had no more beepers to give out and resorted to yelling out names. We each opted for the rigatoni and sausage. We asked for a combined marinara and alfredo sauce. Pasta cooked perfectly aldente blended sauce is better than either one alone. The blended sauce is not on the menu so you need to ask them to blend it. While the sausage tasted good with just a little bit of spice, the casing was very tough. The addition of several more new menu items makes this a recurring spot to sit down or take out!

“We cannot thank the Russo family enough for hosting the luncheon after our 7 year old daughter, Jady’s bell ringing ceremony. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so incredibly loved and celebrated.

The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. Jan also surprised Jady with a special bell ringing gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Beyond their incredible kindness and generosity, the food, drinks, and service were absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect, and they helped make an already emotional and unforgettable day even more special for our family and friends.

“It was horrible! Service was bad. Food was boring. Tiny pizzettes not too bad but not worth the money. The skewers were just 3 chunks of meat with no veggies. Just unflavored meat skewers presented on an empty plate. They brought out one item at a time so the first orders got cold while waiting for the others. Way overpriced for what you get. Way too much furniture crammed into a tiny space. People brushing past you to try to get through. So very disappointing. Not at all like the photos.“

I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

“We’ve enjoyed many wonderful tasting menus over the years, but our New Year’s Eve experience at JoJo’s truly stood out as something special. Executive Chef Landon and his incredible Executive Sous Chef, Joe, presented our family with one of the most memorable and perfectly executed dinners we’ve had. Since we couldn’t decide between the options, we shared everything, and we’re so glad we did. The stone crab claws and lamb lollipops were an outstanding start. For entrées, my husband chose the bone‑in ribeye while I had the lobster ricotta agnolotti with black truffle. Both were exceptional. We ended the night by sharing the Luxardo cheesecake and the champagne‑poached pears, which were the perfect finish. The champagne and wine we were suggested were spot‑on, though the wine pairing would have been a great choice as well. The management team, with Mark and Ryan leading the ship that night, made the evening seamless, and our bartender, Michael, was an absolute professional. truly, everyone there is fantastic. Chef Landon once shared a quote with us from Oscar Wilde: “To the strangers that become friends and those friends become family.” That sentiment perfectly captures what we love most about every experience here. And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. I can't believe I've waited this long to try anything from them, but I'm making up for it now.“

“You can only eat so much Italian food. A lot of the special food advertised were not available to order.. They put us where you could tell was their noisy kids area...Our kids were very well behaved that day.. basic low noise. However
the people behind us were talking about things you really should not in a restaurant and around kids. Mly dinner was spoiled for the day.. I feel Olive Garden owes all of us a new dinner. I really felt sorry for the waitress.
