“I want to say thank you, thank you, thank you to Ethan and his staff for doing such an absolutely amazing job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend. Ethan is the best! He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. I have 2 more kids to marry off and will no doubt be calling on Alesci's again! 5 stars on all accounts.“

“Amazing! This was our first time here for a family birthday party, and it did not disappoint. Mary was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had—top-notch friendly, incredibly informative, and she truly made the entire night memorable. We can’t say enough great things about her. The drinks were outstanding. We tried five or six off the menu, and every single one was handcrafted and delicious. Favorites were the Old Fashioned, Cat’s Meow, espresso martinis, and my absolute favorite—the Frosted Sour. The food was out of this world, and the place itself is super cute with a great ambiance. “The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

“I cannot say enough good things about this place! By far the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Even when they are busy, the employees are kind and courteous and take time to make quality food. After arriving late for business, I stopped here for a late night dinner and was very impressed that the food was fresh and they had all of their offerings even 30 minutes before closing. All of their food is such high-quality and always fresh. The head chef is phenomenal. He ensures each customer is taken care of and happy And is visibly supporting his staff along the way.“

“This review is based on my 2nd time at Flour for dinner. The first time (a year ago) the flavors were nothing special- tomato sauce tasted canned, pizza was too thick and I didn’t get the good reviews. However my most recent experience was outstanding. From the focaccia to the crispy chilled shrimp, to the delicious lamb rigatoni and the perfectly cooked ribeye with parm and chili flakes, and a delicious passion fruit tart to top it off- every dish was outstanding and flavorful. Our server was wonderful- attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and overall great neighborhood vibe. I loved it and will definitely be back!“

“We recently discovered this place and we love everything about it. Our son loves their lasagna and can eat half a piece by himself, which to me is crazy.

The calzone and lasagna are what we've gotten both times now and we have loved it each time.

The decor inside truly shows the history behind the place and these are the places we love going to!

“It was horrible! Service was bad. Food was boring. Tiny pizzettes not too bad but not worth the money. The skewers were just 3 chunks of meat with no veggies. Just unflavored meat skewers presented on an empty plate. They brought out one item at a time so the first orders got cold while waiting for the others. Way overpriced for what you get. Way too much furniture crammed into a tiny space. People brushing past you to try to get through. So very disappointing. Not at all like the photos.“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

Executive Chef Landon and his incredible Executive Sous Chef, Joe, presented our family with one of the most memorable and perfectly executed dinners we’ve had. Since we couldn’t decide between the options, we shared everything, and we’re so glad we did. The stone crab claws and lamb lollipops were an outstanding start. For entrées, my husband chose the bone‑in ribeye while I had the lobster ricotta agnolotti with black truffle. Both were exceptional. We ended the night by sharing the Luxardo cheesecake and the champagne‑poached pears, which were the perfect finish. The champagne and wine we were suggested were spot‑on, though the wine pairing would have been a great choice as well. The management team, with Mark and Ryan leading the ship that night, made the evening seamless, and our bartender, Michael, was an absolute professional. truly, everyone there is fantastic. Chef Landon once shared a quote with us from Oscar Wilde: “To the strangers that become friends and those friends become family.” That sentiment perfectly captures what we love most about every experience here. We could not recommend this establishment more.“
