“It was horrible! Service was bad. Food was boring. Tiny pizzettes not too bad but not worth the money. The skewers were just 3 chunks of meat with no veggies. Just unflavored meat skewers presented on an empty plate. They brought out one item at a time so the first orders got cold while waiting for the others. Way overpriced for what you get. Way too much furniture crammed into a tiny space. People brushing past you to try to get through. So very disappointing. Not at all like the photos.“

“We’ve enjoyed many wonderful tasting menus over the years, but our New Year’s Eve experience at JoJo’s truly stood out as something special. Executive Chef Landon and his incredible Executive Sous Chef, Joe, presented our family with one of the most memorable and perfectly executed dinners we’ve had. Since we couldn’t decide between the options, we shared everything, and we’re so glad we did. The stone crab claws and lamb lollipops were an outstanding start. For entrées, my husband chose the bone‑in ribeye while I had the lobster ricotta agnolotti with black truffle. Both were exceptional. We ended the night by sharing the Luxardo cheesecake and the champagne‑poached pears, which were the perfect finish. The champagne and wine we were suggested were spot‑on, though the wine pairing would have been a great choice as well. The management team, with Mark and Ryan leading the ship that night, made the evening seamless, and our bartender, Michael, was an absolute professional. truly, everyone there is fantastic. Chef Landon once shared a quote with us from Oscar Wilde: “To the strangers that become friends and those friends become family.” That sentiment perfectly captures what we love most about every experience here. We could not recommend this establishment more.“

And then I saw that Dave's Cosmic Subs has vegan options. Well now I'm enjoying them again thanks to this place. He is a pleasure to work with, he knows his job and does it very well. The servers were so kind and worked so hard while keeping a smile on their faces at all times. And the food...it was incredible. I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. Everything tasted fresh, homemade and authentic and my guests LOVED the food which makes me that much happier. This is the second wedding that Alesci's catered for me. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. Mary was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had—top-notch friendly, incredibly informative, and she truly made the entire night memorable. We can’t say enough great things about her. The drinks were outstanding. We tried five or six off the menu, and every single one was handcrafted and delicious. Favorites were the Old Fashioned, Cat’s Meow, espresso martinis, and my absolute favorite—the Frosted Sour. The food was out of this world, and the place itself is super cute with a great ambiance. “We had my birthday celebration there. Let me tell you, the experience was just beautiful. There were 16 of us, and they catered to our every need. The serving staff was patient, and very thorough. They were so attentive, and made certain we were very well taken care of. THE FOOD! Man oh man. That food was the bomb. I think everyone had something different, and we are all still talking about how good it was! I recommend you have dinner with them. You will not regret it. It’s a whole vibe! ❤️❤️“

“Our first time there, we loved it! Lenore was great, told us everything we needed to know about the restaurant. We got the fish specials, more than enough food! Very cool old Italian style restaurant, takes me back to the Little Joe’s Pub atmosphere (in Bath) where I went growing up. We drove by & took a change, and so glad we did. We’ll be back!!! “We had dinner there last night at their new location. They have not lost a step. It is still a great restaurant. All four of us had something different and everyone raved about their choices. My veal parm was excellent and so large that I brought home enough for another meal! The new location is nice and roomy with the same great service. I can’t wait to return. “Just visited ist of August 2020 again to try out the new menu items since MGM is out.of the picture. Wait for food was pretty long this day at 45 minutes for two meals but I am sure this was related to the grand opening celebration. In fact there were so.many open to go orders they had no more beepers to give out and resorted to yelling out names. We each opted for the rigatoni and sausage. We asked for a combined marinara and alfredo sauce. Pasta cooked perfectly aldente blended sauce is better than either one alone. The blended sauce is not on the menu so you need to ask them to blend it. While the sausage tasted good with just a little bit of spice, the casing was very tough. The addition of several more new menu items makes this a recurring spot to sit down or take out!

“I was visiting Ohio on a church convocation. I was told they was the best so I went. From first entrance felt very much welcome. The owener made spaghetti for me with no hesitation just like I like it witch was off his menu. He didn't have to do that, and might I say it was delicious. I got a small but it was definitely enough for 2 people. On our last night Sunday my dad and l went it wanting to try the pizza and wings. We found that they closed at 8 we
got there around 8:20. But the owner again did his big one. He told the staff to turn the ovens back on and made our order for us. The pizza and wings was a 10/10 for sure. I pray all blessing and love to this establishment cause they went above and beyond twice for my family and I this week. You guys rock“

“I have dined at Alfredo's many times and have always been very happy with the food and the service. Restaurants in hotels are not always wonderful, but Alfredo's is. I came with a group of four ladies one of whom had never been there before. We were all pleased with our meals and with the service. We all had Italian entree and they were delicious.“

The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. “Our server, who was also the sommelier, was so knowledgeable and friendly and made our dining experience so much better that we anticipated. We had a wonderful last-minute date night in the bar area at 8:15 on a Saturday. While a bit noisy when we arrived, it quieted down a bit and we enjoyed the atmosphere, our food, and our wine. Very enjoyable experience!“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“
