From the moment you step into this charming restaurant, you’re greeted by the excellent staff and amazing aroma of the best Italian food I’ve had since moving to Ohio. “Pretty nice little Italian restaurant. Got the chicken parmigiana dinner to go with a canoli and it didn't disappoint. Came with a side salad and Italian dressing which was nice. The sauce is good spaghetti was good chicken and cheese was great. Lots of flavor and fresh. Decent portions. Canoli was tasty as well. I would recommend trying this place out it ain't too bad. Nice little outside area to eat as well. Glad I finally stopped by to try it out. I wasn't disappoint and I'll be back. 🙂“

You can taste the difference in every bite -- from the perfect dough crust to the rich, flavorful sauce and the freshest toppings I've ever had. They clearly use only the best ingredients, and it shows. What really sets them apart is the passion of the staff. You can tell they truly love what they do -- every interaction feels warm, genuine, and full of pride for their craft. They even gave the children a behind-the-scenes tour, which was such a fun and unique experience! The children loved being able to make their own pizza. “Kind of like stepping back in time. Plastic table clothes, beer in cans and a chalk board with daily specials. Our favorite go to place when we just want a good pizza and salad or some unassuming pasta dishes. You can't go wrong with anything here. It's all great. My favorites are the manicotti and their pasta salad. So yummy! The service is always great and friendly.“

“Spats is my kinda place. The first time I visited Spats, I saw a neon beer sign in the window and figured I’d grab a beer while I was waiting for my gf to finish her shopping. I was instantly met with the dive-bar/hole in the wall vibe. Spats did not disappoint! If that’s not what you’re looking for, you might try the dining area instead of the bar area, which has at least 10 TVs, so I assume it’s also a nice sports bar.

So I told my gf that we should come back sometime when we want to hang out. We did! There aren’t many vegetarian options, but you can get typical bar food, plus an extensive lunch/dinner menu. I tried the fried mushrooms. They were delicious! I see why some ppl don’t like the fries, but they were perfect for me. They were not greasy or cooked in recycled oil like some idiots claimed in their reviews. But yes, they’re typical of real potato fries: soft and limp, just the way I like them. But they were also a little bland. Nothing a little salt couldn’t fix. I also had the fried shrimp, which was fine. Cole slaw was OK. My gf liked her chicken salad. Portions are HUGE. I’ll be back to try other items on the menu. I’m giving it 5 stars to offset the idiots who gave it one. But overall, it’s probably 4.5 stars.“
