“I recently left a 5 star review but unfortunately that had drastically changed. Do not get me wrong, they have good food. BUT, Twice in a row now, I've been ripped off by this store. Online they have deals and twice I've tried ordering the '16" xl 1 topping pizza and 6 Pepperoni rolls for $25.99'. After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? “Service has gone down hill in recent years. Biggest problem with poor service is that it shows in the food. This was once an excellent establishment for quality delivery, not any longer. There is zero consistency between orders other than something is always missing from the orders. Completely different from when this location opened up several years ago.

Edited for follow-up: Owner reached out after our latest mishap and was more than understanding, even giving us a generous and unnecessary gift card/credit. Customer service from the store manager and owner was fantastic. If nothing else, try them out based solely on the customer service from management and beyond.“

“I am leaving a recommend for now with a 2.75/5* rating. The first two pizzas I had were solid and I really liked them. This third one I got is a pepp pizza only and has so much sauce the entire slice accordions in your hand. It’s really bad. I called the restaurant and they didn’t seem much to care so 2 strikes in one pizza. If I get another one that’s this bad I’ll update review to reflect. If nothing else this place definitely has major consistency problems“
