The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. Jan also surprised Jady with a special bell ringing gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Beyond their incredible kindness and generosity, the food, drinks, and service were absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect, and they helped make an already emotional and unforgettable day even more special for our family and friends.

I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Yesterday after a long day at Halloween events for our kids and sitting in the McDonald’s line for 20+ minutes before pulling away we decided to just grab some dinner as a family which the food as always was wonderful. From the second we stepped in the staff was amazingly accommodating. Offering coloring books for our kids, cute ghost stickers and free pumpkins in the pumpkin patch after our meal.
