My husband and I love the food there better than the one in Hiram. BUT we tried calling for over 45 minutes today just to get a busy signal. So he went there and placed the order even though we live in Mantua. Here they had taken the phone off the hook because they said they were busy. 🙄 needless to say he was not happy and two other customers came in who had the same problem and said that’s not the way you do business.!
I put in an online order, I ordered a medium piccolo pizza and I also ordered a ham and cheese sandwich which I took somethings off and added mayo. just to have the piccolo pizza and a deluxe sub with no meat (I did not order that sandwich!)
i called to see what happened and they basically told me it was a computer screw up and there is nothing they can do about it, but if I wanted to I could oder the correct sandwich and I would have to pay for it and I would have to pick...read full review
