My daughter is gluten and dairy free. It was So refreshing to go somewhere that had food, smoothie, and dessert options for her! Everything was delicious! She loved the gluten free bread! I loved the homemade chicken sausage and the carrot cake! Both of us want to go back and try more asap!
Dietary restrictions: This place is excellent. Everything is vegan. Gluten free items are generally labelled. As for nuts, we only saw 3 kinds; cashew, walnut, and pecan. Cashew is in many things. Walnut is only in 2 items when we visited (carrot cake, banana nut bread). Pecans were only in the sticky buns.Kid-friendliness: Lovely place for bringing the family.
