“So far, when ordering over the phone, the person on the other end is polite, clear to understand & feels like a long time ago, when you were known as the customer & valued & they valued themselves too.. the food is consistently good.. we have never eaten there, so I have no comment on the atmosphere.. but would think it is friendly & clean...“

“Celebrating small business week, decided to try Pop Culture CLE. It is a small but friendly gourmet ice cream shop. The young lady behind the counter was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with recommendations. The presentation of my choice was great, and taste even better. I would recommend this spot for families, dates or if you just want something beautiful, different and tasty. Oh and the prices are reasonable.“

“I love this bakery. Everything is made fresh daily. They have some healthier options besides just all sugar dessert foods. One of my favorite is their quiche. They also make a couple gluten-free items that are delicious. I have yet to have anything I didn’t like here.“

“Great place! We were in Cleveland for the eclipse with grandkids in toe. I was concerned that a 9 and 11 year old would not find anything on the menu. There is a kids menu with typical kid foods. However, both ordered from the regular menu and loved the food. In fact they wanted to go back two days later.“

“Flour has become a go-to place for us. It has a diverse menu that caters to many tastes. We like sitting at tables, but if they are really busy and we go without reservations, the bar is comfortable and the cocktails are good.They give service with a smile. Their regular menu is good and their specials are great also. Last time there I had some awesome Lasagna. The portion size allowed me to have it for lunch the next day. The sauce and pasta were a great match. The Caesar salad was enough for two and the bread with olive oil and spices kept us busy while waiting for our entrees. The lava cake finished the meal just right.Flour is vibrant and a good place to celebrate.Tables not to close together, and walkways wide enough if to get around easily. If you like valet service they have it. During warmer months they have outside seating.We think if you go once, you will go back. We have many time.“

“Came for brunch with friends, and it was busy when I went so seating was limited, but service wasn’t bad. Good food! But pricey for what it was. I ordered the crepe, scrambled eggs, and a vanilla iced chair tea. No photos because I was starving! LolWe ended up sitting outside which was nice due to the umbrellas. Overall, was a good experience. Will def be back for brunch again!“

“I just ate the Cobb Salad, and really liked it. Expensive, but you get what you paid for, and its worth it. Large portions and great ingredients all around. They even gave me the grilled chicken nice a warm in tinfoil, separate of the salad. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Might even dine in next time because its a cool vibe in there“
