It's too easy to say good things about this place! It's well located not far from the highway, cozy atmosphere, rotating variety of quality baked goods, and friendly staff. Coming from humble origins the Brimfield Bread Oven is the essence of locally owned small business, so if you like supporting mom & pop style shops, bread, and/or pastry based foods you should check this place out.
Real, pure bread not like the edible sponge you buy at the super market! If this bakery was in my country in Europe it would take out of business a few bakeries there! I am so glad this place is more than an hour away from where Iive because if it were any closer, I'd be in there every day. They have a great variety of delicious freshly made bread, pastries, pizzas, and other delights. The coffee is superb. Absolutely obsessed with this place.
