“Daisy Pops is the cutest cake pop shop I have ever seen! I originally heard about them on the radio and knew I had to stop. I had one of their spring specials, a cinnamon roll cake pop. It was almost too cute to eat but I'm so glad I ate it because it was delicious! The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and super friendly!“

“This morning before my class started I wanted breakfast nearby so I decided to try Cleveland Bagels Cafe for the first time. It was my favorite breakfast I’ve had so far! I am dairy free so I got the vegan sausage bagel and it was so good and delicious! The schmear was not your typical cream cheese flavor but was a great combo with the bagel and sausage. The customer service was excellent! I walked in and Ava, Peyton, and Evan had huge smiles on their faces ready to serve! They were the most sweetest, joyful, and down to earth people I’ve came across in customer service! They are truly amazing! They made me feel very welcomed! They helped me check the pumpkin syrup to see if it was dairy free, which it was! I was so excited because I can never have pumpkin because it’s usually a sauce with condensed milk or other dairy products inside. They truly made my morning! I had an amazing smooth, rich pumpkin brown sugar cinnamon I iced latte with almond milk and it was so good! Definitely will be coming back in!“

“Was looking for something different to do for my friend's birthday and was suggested Crumble cookie. I stopped in in the morning and there was a nice lady there there to help me. I explained to her that I had never been in before and she was as polite and patient with me. She explained everything on how I could purchase the cookies, what kind of flavors. She was very thorough and kind. She even was nice enough to put a birthday sticker on the box. My friend was excited and she responded back to me that the cookies were delicious. Next time I stop in I'll have to get some to try for myself.“

“I went in for the first time on Saturday with my friend Tracy, we were able to sit down and enjoy our quiche (mushroom, onion and spinach) and coffee. That quiche was amazing! The crust was perfect! I got my husband a ham and Swiss croissant that I had to try, wow! It was amazing! The cannoli was okay. I am a bit of a snob with cannolis only because my grandma made the best and no one has ever compared to hers. And last thing the husband and I tried were their ho-ho’s. I never had a homemade one, that was really great too! I can’t wait to go back soon!“

“I *LOVE* Massoli's!!! Not just their awesome bread and buns, but their always courteous and kind employees and the family as well. When we have a special event at St. Bernard, we always turn to Massoli's and we are never disappointed. They care about the quality of their product and they care about their customers. I can only think the negative comments are coming from entitled individuals, since I have never been treated with less than respect and polite and prompt service.“
