“I ordered a cake online for my boyfriend's birthday. It's was the limited time Reese flavor and it did not disappoint. The presentation was absolutely adorable and the staff was prompt and friendly. I will for sure be coming back to try the other flavors.“
“I'm giving five stars because the homemade bread is very tasty and the customer service is fantastic. However, when a customer has a question about the product, the business should be able to answer it clearly. Such as for your sandwiches that you make is the ham nitrate free? Answer I don't know, OK, for the amazing granola bars that you make is the honey raw? Answer I don't know and doesn't bother to see if they can find out when I'm buying something and I'm paying top dollar for it. I'd like to know exactly what I'm getting. If it's high-quality and better ingredients, I'm willing to pay more, if I have no idea what I'm getting I'm not willing to pay more. I probably won't come back to this bakery unless it's on a Tuesday when a different bakery isn't open.“
“My visit occurred late at night; about an hour and a half before closing. The subsequent emptiness in the store that I experienced affects my review. It was pretty empty. But unlike other stores in the hours before closing, this Giant Eagle had a lack of the post apocalyptic desolation vibe that would usually happen at 9pm. Instead, it had an occupied warmth. Employees still walked the aisles and manned their posts with life in their eyes. Nobody likes their public facing job an hour before their shift is over, but these employees hid it really well. Maybe I'm used to seeing people that look like they've given up. Maybe I'm projecting; in truth, does a go getter attitude intimidate me because I'm ashamed of my own poor work ethic? Does a lifeless, hateful type of employee satiate my own ego? These are questions I might muse about as I pluck some semolina flour from the shelf.They have semolina flour! They have a huge cheese selection! They have so many stocked, neat shelves. The store is wonderfully clean and a litmus for what Giant Eagles should feel like.“
“I like the store itself but I ordered a birthday cake from the bakery and when I went to pick it up the bakery staff ignored me completely. I had to scream hello to get any service. They need someone to deal with walk up customers when they are busy decorating cakes. I Almost left. Above and beyond that the cake I ordered didn't really look the same as it did online and whoever made the cake put the emblem on the cake topper upside down. Also it was not secured to the cake in anyway and while walking out of the store and going over all the bumps in the exit area, the topper slid off the cake. I fixed it when I got home but shouldn't have to do this as I've never had that happen anywhere else ever before.“
“Christina made a four tier wedding cake and a kitchen cake for my recent wedding. The cake was delicious and I received so many compliments. Christina was easy to work with, did multiple drawings of my cake to make sure we had the same vision, and worked with my through the last minute changes due to COVID.“
“I was treated very nicely and so I'm going to give this a high rating for LGBTQAI+. I had the medium roast, my other visitor who came with me had one of the cold brews. Both were very good. I look forward to coming back and trying things from the kitchen. They have a small kitchen and do make small lunchtime snacks. The pastry section though. Small looks absolutely delicious. I wish I wasn't on a diet. There are rooms for private parties and the tables are spaced far enough apart offer a little bit of privacy. The art on the wall is fantastic. Everything I came to expect in a nice coffee house.Parking: Look at the video I video taped my entrance to the establishment.“
“Tonight my wife and I went on a date to The Blue Door Cafe. We made reservations for 5pm and were seated right away when we got there. We were greeted with a smile by the hostess and the owners. The waitress was kind and polite. She provided us with excellent service with a smile. I ordered the wagyu steak and my wife ordered the halibut. We got the food in a timely fashion and the presentation was immaculate. The steak was by far the best steak I’ve ever had and even the potatoes were amazing! My wife really enjoyed her meal as well. Everything was seasoned to perfection. We also got dessert and it was tasty! I was impressed by the owners and how friendly they were. One of the owners came over and asked us how our meal was and I told him it was amazing. He got a big smile and you could see the pride in his eyes. That showed me that he cares deeply for this establishment and that’s very refreshing to see. Lastly, we gave the waitress a nice tip to show our appreciation. I could tell how appreciative she was and I hope we made her night. Overall, our experience was fantastic and everything was on point!“
“I am so glad this place is more than an hour away from where Iive because if it were any closer, I'd be in there every day. They have a great variety of delicious freshly made bread, pastries, pizzas, and other delights. The coffee is superb. Absolutely obsessed with this place.“
“The cookies are definitely sized to share and some flavors better than others , however the service is always on point . You can order quickly yourself at the kiosk and check out is fast and easy . Even if there's a line it moves quick. The staff always seems nice and it's clean in the store .“
