We went to the donatos expecting to be served our pizza in the dining room, but found out that they basically are only a takeout restaurant now. We ordered at the window and sat at one of the tables to wait, and it was about an hour until we finally got our pizza. The pizza and breadsticks were absolutely fabulous! Too bad they can't manage to keep the restaurant part rolling along. We were disappointed, but at least the food was good.
I had forgotten how good Donatos was. Love the thin crust ... and 'to the edges toppings.
Placed an order for delivery after a long day. Was given a delivery time of 8:50 pm. 9:15 rolled around so I called, turns out my pizza wasn’t even done cooking! I was told it would be another few minutes before it was even done. Add the delivery time to that and it will be almost 40 minutes past the time I was given. Was not offered any solution, only the reason that they got busy.
