“We ordered a pizza online for pickup and accidentally added way too much pepperoni. We showed up to pick it up and explained the situation and the employee went above and beyond to remake the pizza to our liking (when it was my fault for originally adding too much pep). Needless to say, it was a great experience and we really appreciated what the employee did. We didn’t catch his name, but this was Friday May 1st evening.“

“9/24/2025: This place is a gem! The food and service was amazing! Our server Katina was very attentive and made sure everything was great throughout the night!! We also enjoyed talking with Moma and her daughter. Such an added bonus to the night to meet and hear their stories! Can't wait to go back---until then I will enjoy my left overs!!“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“My daughter and I was in Cleveland for a concert. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before the show. We googled and found this place as it was the closest to the venue. When we walked in we asked how long it would take to get a pizza and explained that we were short on time and the owner greeted us and told us that he could have us a pizza ready in about 10 minutes. We were seated and given some complementary bread. The owner suggested their take on the new haven style and it was amazing.The place was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. He also told us so many cool tidbits about the restaurant (e.g., the custom made chandelier in the background of my pic weighs 1,900 pounds and made out of metal nuts, ya know, like nuts and bolts, and is titled “The World is Nuts”). “I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“

“We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“A most excellent casual, yet fine dining experience at Sara's Place in quiet and secluded Gates Mills. My wife and I had a much needed date night and we're very pleased with our visit. We sat in the upper lounge & bar area which is moody and atmospheric. The food was also amazing. I highly recommend the regular menu Pork Chop item - get the BBQ sauce on the side as the chop itself it phenomenal without it and I went back and forth using the sauce or not. “We cannot thank the Russo family enough for hosting the luncheon after our 7 year old daughter, Jady’s bell ringing ceremony. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel so incredibly loved and celebrated.

The biggest surprise was when we entered and the Russo team started ringing bells for Jady. It was such a heartfelt moment and something we will never forget. To have them recognize and celebrate this milestone with us meant more than words can express. Jan also surprised Jady with a special bell ringing gift, which was such a thoughtful and sweet gesture.

Beyond their incredible kindness and generosity, the food, drinks, and service were absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect, and they helped make an already emotional and unforgettable day even more special for our family and friends.

The Russo family is truly amazing — not only because of the wonderful restaurant they run, but because of the love and compassion they show to others. We are so grateful they were part of Jady’s bell ringing celebration and helped create memories we will cherish forever.

“I was visiting Ohio on a church convocation. I was told they was the best so I went. From first entrance felt very much welcome. The owener made spaghetti for me with no hesitation just like I like it witch was off his menu. He didn't have to do that, and might I say it was delicious. I got a small but it was definitely enough for 2 people. On our last night Sunday my dad and l went it wanting to try the pizza and wings. We found that they closed at 8 we
got there around 8:20. But the owner again did his big one. He told the staff to turn the ovens back on and made our order for us. The pizza and wings was a 10/10 for sure. I pray all blessing and love to this establishment cause they went above and beyond twice for my family and I this week. You guys rock“

Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“
