“Slowest people work no sense of urgency or respect for people waiting. Seemed like everyone's 1st day on the job. I times the lady who took out my 2 large cheeses out of the oven...It took her 16 minutes to take them out, place in box, cut and hand them to me.JOSEPH SBARRO would be sick if he knew what is going on at this particular store. I know him and they can expect a visit.“
“I WORK IN THE BEACHWOOD AREA AND WAS LOOKING FOR A QUICK BITE FOR LUNCH ON MY BREAK AND WAS CRAVING PIZZA, I DECIDED TO GO WITH THE PEPPERONI MAGNIFICO. ORDERED ONLINE, THEY WERE RUNNING A SPECIAL FOR A 10 DOLLAR LARGE. WHAT A FANTASTIC DEAL! THE PIZZA WAS DONE TIMELY AND WAS INCREDIBLE! THE OLD WORLD PEPPERONI WAS NICE AND CRISPY. THE SERVICE WAS GREAT! DON’T SLEEP ON THIS LOCATION OR MARCOS IN GENERAL. IT’S NOT TOP TIER PIZZA BY ANY MEANS BUT FOR CHAIN PIZZA YOU WILL BE HARD PRESSED TO FIND A BETTER OPTION IN MY OPINION.8.6/10“
“We ate here before a show at the beachland ballroom. Might have been the best pizza of my life. Dough, sauce, smoked pep divine. The pizza maker is top tier and a solid guy, I would take him home and let him live in my shed if he would make me this pizza every day.“
“First time here. Imagine, the first time you had ice cream as a little kid. Remember that great taste? That was my experience tasting ETalian food. Awe, and they have the best view in all Chagrin Falls. What an experience. You have to come and check them out. The staff is real friendly also?“
“Some of the best Italian food in the city. It's small and cozy but when you sit down, you're sitting at their dinner table on a Sunday afternoon. It's an experience you have to have. Outstanding food, incredible service and reasonable prices. It's a must!“
“As always, a wonderful experience. Manon was a top-rate server. Hubs had the lobster/shrimp soup and raved about it. He also loved his pork chops; thick and perfectly cooked. The tomato bisque soup comes with grilled cheese croutons; very imaginative and delicious! We saw lots of people leaving with pizzas; will have to try one the next time we're here. Love the Cupcake of the Day.We have come here during standard dinner hours and have not been able to find a parking spot. That's the price we pay for enjoying a very popular restaurant. We have learned to come during other times.“
“Mamma Santa’s was fine, but I’m not entirely sure why it’s considered a local institution compared to other spots in Little Italy. The food on the whole was good, especially the flavorful red sauce (though I wish it had less salt and more fresh basil), perfectly al dente spaghetti, and pungent marinaded olives. I would have been willing to overlook the (unusual) choice of unbreaded eggplant parmesan if the eggplant had been thoroughly cooked. The manicotti would have benefitted from a creamier ricotta filling, and the meatballs from more herbs and seasonings, but both were still above average. About all that can be said for the salad, however, was that it was green. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, which partially, but not completely, made up for the fact that the dining space had all the charm of your grandparents’ unfinished basement.“
“One of the best kept secrets on Chagrin Boulevard and a short distance from the busy area where all the restaurants are located. The place is nicely laid out and decorated, with a bar, two dining rooms, a fireplace, and big tables that can accommodate large parties with ease. Plenty of choices on the menu, all Italian (obviously), with excellent service and relatively high prices.Vegetarian options: Veggie Pizza, Salads, and Pasta Dishes with No Meat.Parking: Big parking lot by the building where the restaurant is located.“
“Our appetizers were frog legs- lightly fried( yummy) and mussels. We ordered a bottle of wine and enjoyed sipping and watching the books and servers do their thing. We split veal scallopini which came with a little ziti pasta in red sauce and Parmesan cheese. We had cannolis for dessert which were delicious. The waiter was incredible, actually one of the best I've had in awhile. The food was reasonably priced and we just really enjoyed the whole evening. Would go there again tonight if I could!“
“The best extra cheese pizza in northfield. Spinattos is good, but you can not go wrong at all for the value here.Awesome with kids and has always been great to mine, gave them stuffed toys when my son was crying.Family owned and hand made, theres pizza all over this town but this is one of the only places you can go and sit down and eat these days.“
“We tried this place on a recommendation from a friend. We ordered two pizzas and one of their daily specials, linguine with lobster. I also tried their clam chowder, which was very good, and that's saying something coming from someone who originally came from New England. All three were excellent. We will definitely be working through their menu over the next year.“
“I haven't been bowling in 20 years. Definitely needed the bumpers. I was there with our Cub scout pack 677. My kids and I had a great time. I will be frequently coming to this place. It's not that far from where I live. The music they choose is great. I was able to build a whole playlist on Spotify with the music they played. I like the atmosphere.“
“I been to this place about 22 years ago ive always told people this place has the best pizza in the colliwood area .today I was so happy to catch them before they closed for the day its a must you try your will be addicted I'm still remembering the last time I went there 22 years ago?“
“Not only is the food consistently delicious, the customer service is amazing! I placed a delivery order not realizing it was minutes before the store closed, made a mistake with delivery address on the original order and had to cancel and reorder, and then accidentally changed the sizes of two of the items by mistake. They called me to verify the intended order, and told me they had reopened all their supplies in order to make the order! Then they apologized for the delay even though it was MY mistake! Unbelievably kind. Please give these folks as much business as possible so they continue to be part of our community for years to come!!! (And sorry guys, I promise to place my orders earlier in the future!!!)“
“"Enchanting ambience, impeccable service, and delectable dishes define my experience at Pizza Express 1. From the first bite of their perfectly crisp yet chewy pizza crust to the last spoonful of homemade tiramisu, every moment was a delight. A must-visit for any pizza aficionado seeking a memorable dining experience."“
“Our favorite Italian restaurant in Cleveland. Really enjoy their calzones and lasagna. Quality of the food here is consistent and good!! Servers are always nice. Pleasant atmosphere and a great city vibe. Eating outside in the enclosed garden is a special treat!Parking: During busy times parking lot can get pretty full, but we always find a space no matter.“
“Exceptional dining experience in Gates Mills. Chef Richie’s rack of lamb and my husband’s pork chop were delicious. They accommodated my wheat allergy with care. Ample gluten free options on the menu. The potato skin appetizer was delightful, and the dessert special was decadently divine. From the warm reservation call with the owner to Claudia’s impeccable service, this restaurant stands out as one of the best in Cleveland and beyond. Can’t wait to return!“
“This was my 1st time here. First Watch was super busy, so we were in luck seeing this next door without a wait. We were seated right away.We started with an appetizer of meatballs. The meatballs are normal in size. Not like some places that give you ginormous ones. Fine! It's 3 of them, and they come in a small cast iron skillet, swimming in marina sauce, covered in ricotta and some other cheeses, along with several pieces of garlic bread on the side. I'm picky about marina sauce. I don't like it chunky. This 1 was perfect. The right mix of flavor and not chunky. These meatballs were very, very good. I was very impressed. The bread was great, too. You can own my heart with good bread ? ?We both ordered burgers ? If you follow me, you know I like a good burger and a good steak. I got the original cheeseburger with bacon added, and my son got the double stack smash burger. My burger was so thick. I tried my best to eat half. It was delicious ? No complaints ? The burger gods are pleased. The fries were ok. Basic, regular fries ? Not bad, but definitely won't be the reason you return. I'll return because I'm sure there is more I would like to try in the future.“
“Look, I'd give this place 5 stars but I dont like to overhype a spot. I will say this though: Geraci's has been in University Heights since 1956, and it's no question why. Geraci's offers a full menu of Italian based cuisine but for me, it's largely about the pizza. The occasional eggplant parm add-on, or the frequent house salad are ordered, but the pizza is our go-to. Personally, we go for the deluxe, and the Red Sicilian (no cheese except grated Romano). On the red, its a perfect bread and red sauce bite. On the deluxe, all veggies are fresh (particularly the mushrooms, uncanned), and the meats are unique. Nowhere in Cleveland have I tasted a sausage like on a Geraci's pizza. I have wondered if it is made in house, but note it does have fennel seed (which I love, and almost require) and is crumbled finely. The pepperoni is likewise unique. I have no idea where they source it, but it is nicely spicey, and hand-sliced. It's a hallmark thing for a Geraci's pie. Hand-sliced, slightly irregular pieces of pepperoni, which at times feel like "the steak of Italian charcuterie" (my own words). Bottom line: try a pepperoni and/or a pie of your choice, pair it with an Italian red wine like a Montepulciano or a glass-bottle Coke, and go from there.“
“It was my first time. I visited due to a fundraiser for my nephew's senior class. I ordered pizza and a salad. Pizza - Caprice, Salad - Candied Walnut & Grape. I enjoyed both items. I think I'll return soon.Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, allow for modifications on toppings of specialty pizzas/salads.“
“Family owned, neighborhood, old school pizza place. Have been going here for almost 40 years now, my kids and grandkids also enjoy it when we do. Original restaurant was in Northfield, then they opened one in Hudson, and now in Brecksville; owners Joe and Debbie are at the Brecksville location and will always greet you with a friendly smile, and 'sit anywhere you'd like'. Simple menu, doesn't really change, so you know what you're getting... pizza, Italian sausage sandwich, Italian sub sandwich, garlic bread with or without cheese, salad with or without cheese, double salad with or without cheese, various drink choices. Plan on paying with cash, as they do not accept credit or debit. Will always be my go to for pizza. Kathy T.“
“The only thing that they make is pizza and they do it well. I would rather royal over el Rione. The menu online has a bunch of random things that they don’t make. You can only order to go but the food is a1. They are the definition of do 1 thing and do it well. Got 2 pizzas and fed 4 people for 19$“
“The best pizza in this area!! We tried many pizzas in different restaurants but my boyfriend and I agreed that Abo's pizza was the best. Their crust/dough was so good and had an excellent flavor. It was relatively thin but could hold the toppings. We had one of their specialty pizzas, Mediterranean, together with a Caesar salad. Large pizza was more than enough to share for two people. Service was good, prices were reasonable but we thought $10 for a piece of cheese cake was a bit steep. Anyways, we will go back there for sure.Update:We went back & ordered Calamari, Margarita Pizza (BEST) , Linguine with Calamari, & Gnocchi. Ordering a bottle of wine for three of us worked perfectly ?“
“Maybe I am biased because I have been getting pizza here since a child ..... But I have lived in several states. And I can promise you there is no pizza that even comes close to what you will find here at Romito's Pizza West in Independence ...Unfortunately, this applies to every other Romitos pizza that you will find that is not Romitos Pizza West in Independence ...So please don't be fooled by the name on the sign because in this case it's all about the location ...It's all about the people ...It's all about the hometown atmosphere ...It's all about exceptional service ...Of course it's all about the food!“
“(Midas guys) Had chicken Alfredo. Fantastic! Noodles were cooked perfect! texture was spot on! Sauce was out of this world!!! Perfect !! Made from scratch per order! You can't ask for a better meal!! Bread was even warmed to the perfect consumable temperature!! My go to for chicken Alfredo!“
“When I come here I usually order the boneless chicken with ranch for lunch and eat inside at the one table they have. I love their chicken sooo much and it always comes out smoking hot but not too hot to where it burns my mouth. The ladies who take my order are so friendly and I’ve come in so much that now they know what I want. ? but I did switch it up one time and get one of their pepperoni slices and it was delicious. The wait isn’t long and the table is always clean. Most of the time when I go to grab drinks their cold and there’s plenty of options.Parking: In a plaza so there’s plenty of parking“
“Get ready to eat well and be super hype about the lovely flavors, textures, and prices when you order from this very fine restaurant! The food was phenomenal and the vibes where great! I bit into the polish boy I ordered and it rivaled Kim's. And the loaded tots I got could have been a meal by themselvesby themselves with the portion size and heartiness of toppings (peppers, mushroom, chicken, chipotle sauce, sour cream). I don't think I can have my tots any other way now, they were so nice! And, AND, the owner and his son where extremely personable, pleasant, kind folks. I have nothing but good things to say about this place ❤All in all I ordered two drinks, a smash burger (brisket y'all! ?), a polish boy, loaded tater tots, and a beef hot dog, all for $30. This place is my new obsession, I'll definitely be back! Cheers!“
“Lived all over this country...I've had pizza EVERYWHERE. And I can say I'm absolutely a hater. If it has a flaw I point it out. I've been going to east coast since I moved to Ohio 8 years ago. BEST pizza around!! I'm tellin you its almost perfect. High grade cheese, homemade sauce, which has a very light coating, toppings are fresh. You won't find better.“
“If anybody grew up in NE Ohio and used to go to any Pizza Bizarre location (Streetsboro, or Carlo's in Aurora), then welcome to the "time machine"!!! This is the same pizza my brother and I ate back in the 80's! Same chain and same great people running it. IMPORTANT NOTE: CASH ONLY. So bring some green and enjoy a blast from the past!“
“One of the better Pizza places in Cleveland. Great parking with Handicap access. They also have Fish selections for lent. I am definitely going back for anyone pie soon!Vegetarian options: There were vegetarian selections. Especially with the pizzas.Parking: Lots of parking in the back, and wheelchair win the front.Kid-friendliness: I saw several families with children. I didn’tPay attention as to a child’s selection on the menu, but what kid doesn’t love pizza?Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access available.“
“Ok, this place is awesome. We have gone several times already, trying different things and haven't even gotten to the pizza yet!! Their pasta is delicious, generous portions and they don't skimp on the cheese or the chicken. Sandwiches are a great size, definitely fill you up portion. The fried ravioli are to die for, I could probably eat 3 orders to myself... the calories are really good, the salad was ok.. I was a little disappointed that they don't make their own ranch, or croutons but it was a good size. All in all, this is my n my son's new favorite pizza ? shop!! The sweet tomato sauce is sooooo freaking good, I could eat it on everything ? lol new fav, must try!! Pizza is next on our hit list lolPizza is amazing, must try!!! I love pepperoni and pineapple, or pepperoni and mushroom... green pepper on anything... but their specialty pizzas are where it's at! The wild Midwest is a favorite of mine, and you can't go wrong with the cheeseland! The crew there is small and they work really hard. It's not easy for them to take care of such a high demand for their food but they get up and work 12-15 hour days, 6 days a week to bring us our chicken and pizza. So next time it's a little overdone, or they forget to add extra whatever or leave something out, give um a break... they're just people trying to get by and make a living to feed their families, just like us! Super good people, always makes things right too, when they do mess up. Love this place!Vegetarian options: Mostly salads and veggie subKid-friendliness: Good food, kids love pizza!“
“Our pizza was always good if the right person made it. Other times, the sauce or the crust weren’t so good. Plus before they left our corner, I think they were adding onions or something to the sauce, which we did not welcome. It’s too bad though that they left our area.Parking: Well, they are gone now, so the point is moot.“
“The ambiance is very cute here. We dined in 12/28/23 for a memorial. In spite of the circumstances the staff were amazing. I wanted to highlight Cathy! Cathy greeted us promptly and made sure we knew the offerings. The offerings are amazing and very delicious. I can't wait to come back to taste more beer and try the food.“
“I had this pizza at a birthday party yesterday and it was delicious. I’m not from the area but this pizza makes me wish I was. It’s so hard to find good quality pizza, especially pizza my picky children like as well as myself. I see a whole lot of sending my husband 40 minutes to get this for me and the kids in the future. Great job guys! I will be dreaming of the sausage pizza until we meet again!Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old ate 4 pieces“
“The pizza is always good, fresh and hot!! When I want a pizza, this is my go to spot! The staff are friendly and always greets me when picking up my order. I have to say, they’re consistent in preparing the food; I’ve never had a bad order. Keep up the great work!!“
“This is my new fave! I ordered on DoorDash. I had to call to ask for the ice cream flavors for my milkshake. The gentleman that answered was very nice and helpful. They have every flavor of ice cream you can think of! I got Superman. It arrived frozen and was creamy and tasty.Breaded wing songs with garlic Parmesan sauce on the side-so delicious. Perfectly seasoned and fried. Arrived piping hot. 3 flats and 3 drums. Halal meat is just better tasting and quality! The sauce was well balanced. I wish they offered ranch or Bleu cheese as an option to buy.Beef Lasagna- the portion was huge! The noodles were a bit thicker than usual. The sauce was okay. It was well seasoned and had a nice layer of cheese.Cheesy bread-crisp yet fluffy on the inside. Nice amount of cheese. I just wish it had Italian seasoning or parsley in it and an option for marinara on the side.Looking forward to trying more dishes soon.“
“I've never known anything better than Corbo's for any special occasion or Holiday. All of their bakery selections are better than any other bakery I've ever tried. One selection stands out amongst all competitors, and that is the cassata cake. It's actually where the Cleveland style cassata cake originated. By leaps and bounds, the BEST you'll ever find anywhere on the planet. I will never settle for any other cassata cake, anywhere!!! THE BEST!!!“
“Great restaurant family owned and great atmosphere and service. Great place to spend your lunch time.Parking: Great wheelchair accessible and close to restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Great kids food on menu.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap accessible and great parking“
“I ordered a large pepperoni and some wings and it was actually pretty good! I've seen manage change at this location a couple times so that's concerning, hence the three stars for service, but otherwise it's been a pretty good experience eating there. It doesn't really have a dining area, but it's otherwise clean and welcoming!“
“The pizza was good, and the sides were fantastic. The onion rings had a delicious batter and were perfectly cooked. The poutine fries changed my life, I could eat them everyday. It was super busy, ordering ahead if you know what you want will save some time.“
“Stopped in last night for dinner . Service was just as amazing as the food. Great vibe in the place ! The food tasted very fresh . Josh stopped by to check on us and make sure everything was perfect. He was great! Great experience all around. Definitely be back !“
“First time ordering here this afternoon for my staff @ Dogtropolis Dog Daycare in South Euclid. The three pizzas we ordered were amazing!!! Cannoli amazing as well!!! We will be doing an order each week here. Really happy with our pizzas!!! Please add Mike’s Hot Honey as a glaze you can add to pizzas. We would love to add this on our pepperoni pizzas.“
“I have been to The GrillFather Pizza & Wings four times so far and the food is always consistently good, I have try the Beef pepperoni pizza, okra, Wings & fries and The Polish boy, and everything was Great! I recommend this place and the customer Service is great as well.“
“Great restaurant. Great quick service. Pizza was super tasty the small was big enough for a larger humans lunch when I was hungry. Absolutely stuffed. If your in the area or delivery highly recommend. Tip them well seems like they aren't staffing the place heavily so give them extra love and patience.“
“OMG I hadn't been there in years & it's still as wonderful as always. When I opened the door and smelled the awesome food a million wonderful memories came flooding back! Their bread is amazing! My Husband had the Italian wedding soup which is a very hearty soup! You definitely have to try it! The salads were fresh with excellent dressings. My husband had the house dressing and he was very impressed. I had the blue cheese and it was as tasty as I remembered! Then I got my favorite, spaghetti with mushrooms! It was even better than I remembered! My husband had veal piccata with the side of spaghetti that was the size of a main meal at other restaurants! We ended up bringing lots of food home!Dietary restrictions: Lots of gluten free options!Kid-friendliness: When my family would dine here the kids loved it! And they were very accommodating!!Wheelchair accessibility: Totally accessible for wheelchairs.“
“As a vegetarian, Primoz has a ton of options available including vegan sausage and pepperoni. You are able to customize each pizza, replacing any items you don't want. Their crust options are all great, I prefer either the stuffed crust or the original crust. Their sauce is also tasty. Overall, I highly recommend them as one of the best options in the area.Vegetarian options: Anything can be made vegan or vegetarian“
“We stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night a little bit later around 730 which was kind of nice because it wasn’t super busy and we were able to sit right by the bar area which is kind of nice because it’s a little bit quieter there. Great menu selection, they have pizzas, burgers side dishes and their specials for daily were pretty nice as well. Nice wine selection, and beer selection. It’s in a strip mall and it’s small on the outside, but goes back further. Definitely hard to mess if you’re not looking for it. Plenty of parking. Definitely a nice place if you’re in the neighborhood, service was great. We had a very nice server.“
“I have been going here for 45 years always been great for pizza bagels donuts and strudel. Never went to a bakery I liked more. I just wish they would spend a few hundred bucks to paint ,new floors, and clean it up. It looks the same as 45 years ago.Staff is always pleasant.“
“This parlor, was a nice little spot being in a very accessible area yet not in the thick of it. Food and everything was great and service was dope but being a pizza snob and being well versed in what quality ones pizza would fall under, I honestly had just one comment and/or complaint. With the quality bracket that your pie fell in, in my opinion based on my past experiences, unfortunately ya'll need to chop that price down. Knowing that the price is the absolute last thing your gonna wanna touch or adjust without facts, figures from more than just little ol me. Just saying, yall would have locked me in as a weekly regular for sure, gotta have my pizza why not from you. Well, your way too expensive so I didn't come back ever“
“I had been wanting to try the pizza here, and it was everything I had hoped for. We ordered the garlic knots (something like bread topped with Everything Bagel seasoning), the Antipasto salad, and a large Deluxe pizza. It was VERY good. I walked in and ordered it. It was ready in about 20 minutes. I took it home but I would definitely eat in next time because the place was small but clean. The staff was very nice too.“
