“Just because online and call center tells you 15min doesn't mean your order will be done in 15mins they both could be telling you and 10 other people 15mins at the same time and if the first or got 2 three pizza big dinner box ever order after that been knocked to 20 mins with orders 6-10 being knocked to 30 - 40 mins if orders 1-5 doesn't have two or three big new Yorkers either yall want pre made food or fresh food but coming in catching an attitude because you gotta wait like it's our fault you ordered at the same time as 10 other people and your order came 9 or 10 is crazy and then sometimes it's only one worker and yall get ma at them like they can do cash drop chicken cut pizza as well as make it at the same time they tired of going back and forth because you'll inconsiderate expecting little ceaser hot and ready at a made to order restaurant the wait time is only 15minsif it's no other orders in the store and is not a cheap pizza place to think because you paid 20 you get to talk to them like they beneath you like most of yall do they get mad when you won't be allowed to speak in that manner treat thy neighbors as thy self and there is no delivery at this location saint no way your food delivered cold unless door dash uber eats or grub hub had multiple orders and delivered it“

Once the delivery person forgot my 20oz soda. It wasn't a big deal. They went back and dropped off a 2 liter for the inconvenience! AMAZING!

Recently a delivery driver saw I had ordered some various breadsticks, and BOOM! they threw in some extra sauces for free!

I always get a courtesy call before the arrive so my dog (and my wife) don't start barking! APPRECIATE IT!“

“First visit this evening with a small group of friends, had 14 different menu items, drinks, apps, pizzas and desserts The staff was attentive and swift, a nice back room to sit and relax with friends. Everything we tried was wonderful, the staff was flexible bring the hot honey for the pizza on the side. All five of us left comfortably stuffed . Will absolutely be returning. 10 out of 10 pictures of drinks and dessert, eat the pizza to quickly“

“A great place to grab a slice or two for a good lunch! All pizzas include some fresh basil slices and are finished with grated cheese

I tried out 3 pizzas, the sauce vodka on the vodka pizza wasn’t as spicy as I would have wanted but both it and the margarita were very good! But the real star of the show was the white pizza. The ricotta is wonderful and the honey is applied juuuust right as to not overpower any of the great tastes.

“Small place with big good things. There's some parking around the area, the restaurant is small, but it is such a cool place. Inside is funky, cool, and has a really cool vibe but the music is a bit too loud and with the conversations happening, it's a lot. Their wait is very long, we came on Sunday, about 30 mins after opening and waited a little over an hour.

We got their Wonder Bread with butter and it was absolutely delicious. However, the price for the bread and butter is a bit expensive. We got the Pink with sausage and Gravy pizza. The Pink was phenomenal and very good. The Gravy was good but it does not have the typical layer of cheese and it was definitely missing in that taste. Overall, very good, made well, and quality food.

Staff was very nice and helpful!

They have outdoor seating but because we came during the cold season, it wasn't open. I think it would be nice during the warmer months.

I would come back because their food is pretty good. I would make sure to come at a better time to have a better wait time. I would recommend for a casual date, good pizza, and cool vibes.“

“We came into town for 3 nights for the Astros games, and spent all 3 days sitting at the bar eating pizza and talking to the owner and employees. Awesome people, pizza and drinks! Will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone that comes to Cleveland!“

“The pizza is good but Jacob makes our experience great everytime. This was second time here and won't be our last it's almost our downtown tradition now. I come with my kiddos so we can sit outside and watch the city. Well it started to rain so I told him we would be coming inside and he set a table for us with the cheese for the kids. Then he put on boss baby and me and the kids rode out the storm at the pizza melt :) it was great! The first time he served us on the patio and was so kind to my kids. Will definitely be returning during our summer adventures“

“My daughter and I was in Cleveland for a concert. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before the show. We googled and found this place as it was the closest to the venue. When we walked in we asked how long it would take to get a pizza and explained that we were short on time and the owner greeted us and told us that he could have us a pizza ready in about 10 minutes. We were seated and given some complementary bread. The owner suggested their take on the new haven style and it was amazing.The place was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. “I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“I have worked in the Garfield Hts area for almost 8 years now and anytime I think of having pizza for lunch or dinner, I think of East Coast Pizza. Their pies are always hot with fresh ingredients. Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“

“What a fun time! Came here while visiting from out of town since there were vegan options. Ordered the Veggie Mite and the Kevin Mcallister, along with the Sweet and Seedy salad. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with our pizza so we had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff was so kind, helpful, hardworking, and remedied it quickly. “I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“

“I went there Saturday August 16th after attending the Pagan Pride and ordered chicken tenders and jojos. The pizza looked and smelled delicious. They were very busy. Staff is friendly and hard working. They apologized for it taking longer than usual but it was at 4pm and they were slammed. The three huge tenders were crispy and delicious. The coating is amazing. 6 large jojos and after being in the sun and heat all day I was starving. I always order food here every year after attending Pagan Pride.
