“Just because online and call center tells you 15min doesn't mean your order will be done in 15mins they both could be telling you and 10 other people 15mins at the same time and if the first or got 2 three pizza big dinner box ever order after that been knocked to 20 mins with orders 6-10 being knocked to 30 - 40 mins if orders 1-5 doesn't have two or three big new Yorkers either yall want pre made food or fresh food but coming in catching an attitude because you gotta wait like it's our fault you ordered at the same time as 10 other people and your order came 9 or 10 is crazy and then sometimes it's only one worker and yall get ma at them like they can do cash drop chicken cut pizza as well as make it at the same time they tired of going back and forth because you'll inconsiderate expecting little ceaser hot and ready at a made to order restaurant the wait time is only 15minsif it's no other orders in the store and is not a cheap pizza place to think because you paid 20 you get to talk to them like they beneath you like most of yall do they get mad when you won't be allowed to speak in that manner treat thy neighbors as thy self and there is no delivery at this location saint no way your food delivered cold unless door dash uber eats or grub hub had multiple orders and delivered it“

“Yummy, Yum,Yum!!!😋 My hubby got me a medium pepperoni pizza and he got himself a medium chicken, mushroom, and banana pepper pizza. Baby let me tell you the pizza is fire. I had to close up the box so I would not hurt myself....lol😂 Needless to say this will be my lunch for tomorrow. I have not had this pizza in over a year whoever cooked it tonight had their heart in the right place because it was definitely cooked with LOVE ❤️“

“Edit: it's clean now! The pizza here is so good, we have been here several times and will definitely be back. I hesitate to recommend this place because it is just so dirty in here. They make little effort to wipe the tables or sweep the floor during service. The trash piles up right by clean service items. You have to bring your own wipes to clean off a sticky table if you want to dine in.“

“I usually love this place but tonight's curbside order was an hour and a half wait (usually curbside pickup is a half hour)! They now also have signed up with other delivery services so they are super busy. Our food wasn't ready when it was promised. I went in and there were about 3-4 empty tables! You'd think that with the long wait the tables would be backed up too. I mentioned to the manage that if I had known there were tables available I would have dined in instead of take out. She said they try to get their dine-in customers their food before the take out. 🤦 Really Dewey's, what customer wants to know that their service is not as important as another customer? If I had known that I wouldn't have waited an hour and a half (plus) at home, and would have gone in, placed my order then changed my mind and taken it to go!“

“The service at Tripi's was the best. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. They really make their customers feel great. The food was delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed 2 sub sandwiches and a pasta dinner. There is a clean area to sit and enjoy your food. I would highly recommend a visit to Tripi's. You'll love it.“

“My daughter and I was in Cleveland for a concert. We wanted to grab a bite to eat before the show. We googled and found this place as it was the closest to the venue. When we walked in we asked how long it would take to get a pizza and explained that we were short on time and the owner greeted us and told us that he could have us a pizza ready in about 10 minutes. We were seated and given some complementary bread. The owner suggested their take on the new haven style and it was amazing.The place was clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and welcoming. “I was visiting Ohio on a church convocation. I was told they was the best so I went. From first entrance felt very much welcome. The owener made spaghetti for me with no hesitation just like I like it witch was off his menu. He didn't have to do that, and might I say it was delicious. I got a small but it was definitely enough for 2 people. On our last night Sunday my dad and l went it wanting to try the pizza and wings. We found that they closed at 8 we
got there around 8:20. But the owner again did his big one. He told the staff to turn the ovens back on and made our order for us. The pizza and wings was a 10/10 for sure. I pray all blessing and love to this establishment cause they went above and beyond twice for my family and I this week. You guys rock“

Delivery service is great however, if I order pickup the parking has never been an issue. My staff and ladies at the group home love them.“

I’ve been going here since I was a little kid the lady that manages it or owns it is wonderful and was a delight talking to that’s five stars alone but the food omg amazing they’re dupe for the Roman burger is way better and more fresh and more food for practically the same price. “We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“I ordered the Gluten Free Old World Pep-Sausage pizza. I don’t say this lightly - Master Pizza makes the best gluten free crust! They import the flour from Italy and you can taste the quality in every bite. We order a gluten free pizza about once a month. If you have gluten sensitivities, I recommend giving their GF pizza a try. Because of the nature of working in a shared kitchen with traditional flour, there is always a risk of cross contamination, but my wife with celiac never has any issues. The GF Manhattan is also a favorite in our household. Thanks Master Pizza for another great pie!“
