I really loved the menu design, it is very obvious that even the smallest details of this restaurant have been thought out.The overall menu has an interesting and cohesive direction that incorporates Southern and Italian food - which to me was very reminiscent of the kind of fare you'd find in a lunch spot in New Orleans - especially their Tiki drinks on offer.The service was wonderful; everyone was kind, helpful, and seemed excited about the food.We chose the Roman, the fried chicken sandwich, the waffle fries, and the onion rings with the house made ranch.The Roman is a solid sandwich where you can taste every part mentioned in the menu description. I thought all of the ingredients played well together and reminded me a bit of a muffeletta.The waffle fries were very good - I thought the everything seasoning was a very smart choice (the ridges in the fries hold the seasoning in place) and were perfect for dipping. The fry crispiness to fluffiness ratio was to me a perfect balance. My only complaint is that they tasted a little too much of oil.The onion rings were very surprising to me. They are to this date the best onion rings I've ever had. The breading was perfectly crispy and the onion stayed in place upon biting it - which is typically my main issue with onion rings. The sauce drizzled on top paired well with the sweetness with the onion, and the horsey sauce added the right amount of heat.The chicken sandwich was overall a good chicken sandwich. The bread and the maggi mayo punch above their weight and those alone make this a stand out. The chicken was crispy and perfectly cooked. I personally think the chicken itself could use a little more flavor, but again that is only my taste.I can't wait to return to this restaurant and try the other items on the menu. “We stopped in for dinner on a Friday night and had such a wonderful experience. It's a cute little spot that's clearly a labor of love. The food is incredible - we had a dinner set with two sides, consisting of super tasty greens and maybe the best Mac and cheese I've had in Cleveland. The seafood loaded potato mash was so good that I'm not sure I can find the words to describe it. I wish I had leftovers but I ate the whole plate.“

My family and I have been coming here for years to celebrate birthdays, graduations, etc. and we've had Lino's cater several of our events. They have the best wings!! They're always fresh and extra crispy, and I love their hot garlic Parmesan and hot BBQ flavors. I also love their mini corn dogs -- the honey mustard dipping sauce is delicious. The bartenders are usually pretty friendly and quick to get your order. They do get busy during game days so plan accordingly. We've never had to wait long when placing carry out orders and have never had an issue finding a table when needed.“

“Amazing food, looooooong wait times. I had heard about this place from numerous Clevelanders. This is a go-to chicken spot for many of the locals. This place isn't in the nicest area, but like many good eateries, that is a sign that the food will be good. I walked in and saw a lobby full of partrons who looked hot and tired of waiting. I didn't mind this because I knew I wanted to try them. When I placed my order, the cashier told me it would be about 15 minutes. Around 40 minutes later, my number was called. I overheard some other patrons stating that the cashier tells everyone the same wait time. I ordered 10 wings and fries with sauce on everything and a Polish Boy.My biggest mistake was waiting until I got back to my hotel to dig in. Our hotel was about 30 minutes away, so that caused the heat from the hot food to make my wings and fries a bit soggy. But, I could tell that if I had eaten them sooner, they would've been even better. Don't get me wrong, the food was still good, but I should've tried it in the parking lot. The sauce is amazing, and it can be purchased in a bottle. It reminds you of the sauce that they used to carry at Hot Sauce WIlliams. The fries were decent, and the sauce drizzled on them, making them better. The Polish Boy was huge, sloppy, and full of flavor. That is exactly how a Polish Boy should be made and consumed. Pro Tips When you order, make sure you are not in a rush. Eat your food shortly after getting it to avoid it getting soggy. I'm guessing timing makes a big difference - that is, coming here just when a fresh batch has been fried. Otherwise, when you stop in, you'll see heaps and heaps of ready-made chicken sitting there under heat lamps. In my case, the chicken tenders were just a tad too crunchy on the outside and not as juicy on the inside as I've seen from other Krispy Krunchy outlets. Similarly, the biscuit was a bit crunchy and not as soft and fluffy as I'd expect. Nevertheless, it was all still warm, reasonably tasty, and reasonably inexpensive. Gets the job done when you need a decent fried chicken fix - fast.“
