First impressions can be lasting impressions. I call my order in and i never feel as if I'm not a valued customer.The telephone etiquette is very inviting. And I'm VERY impressed with the food . 10 stars for when your order is placed its always ready when you arrive..
I would like to first say my food is always bomb. I hate to have to report how rude the young lady that takes the order was. She’s not the young lady that regularly works the front, but anywho she is rude and slow at catching on things maybe that’s where the rudeness stems from. I asked for sauce on both fries cause I ordered a 10 piece parm and a 3 piece hot. I simply said bbq on both fries “ what do you mean on both fries” with a dirty look. I ordered via door dash. I asked for 12 wings only received only 9, they were pretty good, a little too much garlic but good, my sig other said the breaded okra wasn’t authentic and the turkey was decent but it was a frozen patty but I would still definitely go back, please add some condiments next time we received none!!
