Went to Sylk’s this evening on Mayfield Road. Tasha the manager challenged me that she’d have me done and satisfied in 7 minutes or less. She did it in 6. Plus she handled other orders. I am was elated. Keep it up Sam!
This place looks a bit dirty. Water leaking from the ceiling right on the counter. As far as the food the chicken is good but the fries are horrible. Fries like that you can tell they don’t care.
The food here is great when done right. Past experiences are hit and miss. Fish is sometimes overcooked, items missing from the order, or getting something incorrect like catfish when you ordered Orange Ruffy. There is a bar in the South Euclid spot, and I have found it to be pretty annoying when the music is too loud while waiting on an order. Overall pretty good, but beware of the shortcomings.
