Gave me the completely wrong order not even close to what i ordered. I was told i couldnt have a refund after i asked nore than once. The very unprofessional manager started getting loud and very aggressive because i wanted a refund and refused any food further. I was told i had to come in the morning. I will be there this was a very terrible experience and i do not recommend buying food while kevin the manager is on duty. I will be here in the morning!!!! Was waiting on a order from 5:40 -6:15 and the lady with dreads lying to folks telling them ain’t no chicken
No stars they gave me old chicken and small sides for large and I paid 41.+ I stay 30 40 minutes away couldn’t eat it tried to eat the sides got a table spoon each I would recommend that they screen who they hire because the production team is not it never again

KFC offers a fast drive-through service with fresh food and pleasant staff, even late at night. Customers praise the high-quality, real white chicken and the best chicken sandwich in the whole game. The employees are excellent, very kind, friendly, and so nice, providing the best customer service experience. The wedges are flavorful and cooked well, and there are conscientious people working there. However, the restaurant can be extremely busy with a long wait for food. Some locations are very slow and understaffed, and the process of buying food can be annoying. The hot & spicy wings can be over breaded and the chicken too dry.
