I pull in the line to the microphone to order, “Just so you know, we only got Large combos!” This is what I hear. I’m thinking, “How can you only have large combos? I believe if I hand somebody my money to pay for an item they should look at me when they give it back to me not turn away and push it in my hand was not even the thank you and then again when I asked for some extra salt he grabbed a handful and pushed it in my hand turned away again without even a thank

The set up at the S Euclid Rally's is awkward and the customer service is abysmal. There are 2 lanes to pull into - one of which has a sign indicating that it's for the delivery drivers. I am not a delivery driver, so I pulled into the other lane. The young lady with the long braids on duty on 3/15/24 scolded me for "pulling into the wrong lane." I haven't been there in quite some time and will most likely not be back.
