Ordered 5 chicken wings and Perch dinner for $28. Both the wings & perch were babies, very small overcooked and definitely not worth the price! Tried to call the store twice but no answer. I won't be ordering no time in the near future

I ordered a Small Shrimp Dinner and I got home there was no fries. I go back up there in the cold weather for my fries and ask can I be accommodated for returning and traveling in this cold weather for their mistake. The lady shook her head no and I advise I will no longer support the restaurant. I get home and there is hair in my fries. NEVER AGAIN! This was at the Mayfield in South Euclid locatio.

Ordered wings last week, and for the price I'd at the very least expect wings that were recently cooked. They pre cooked a ton of chicken and it sits there until someone orders, which makes since of your busy, I literally was the only car in parking lot, and it looks like it had been that way for awhile. "Sam hire better people to work here" I won't be back and it's at the corner of my street
My son loves the fried rings and the french fries. A good place to go if you just want some fish fried or chicken fried and some french fries.

Service was fast & pleasant. Fillets were small but since it was a chicken & fish combo no biggie. I’ll try a fish dinner next time to see what normally to expect. Worth a try for a 2nd time.

Okay...so when did Sam Sylks start having the shoe string fries with their dinners. It's been a while since I've ordered and it'll be a while again. Requested my fish to be fried soft...of course it wasn't. The shoe string fries is ridiculous. No bread with dinners. And 2 fork twirls of spaghetti for $4. Requested sauce on fries and chicken...got home and no sauce.
