For someone to reply like that..no I would not buy food from that place...I go next door to play lottery numbers....never ate that food it stinks...never will go in there...you should have responded more professional than that...not wasting my money...

Terrible food. Terrible staff. Terrible owner. My boyfriend bought food from here last night and now he and my baby are sick. He called to complain that their food was not good and now has him and our son throwing up/pooping like crazy. A woman answered the phone and just spoke in a very matter of fact and nasty tone about how she's the owner and only hires employees who are serve safe certified so basically there's no way that her food made my family sick. BUT then I came here to these other reviews and can see that we aren't the first to have such a bad experience. This woman offered no refund and had half as* "sorry not sorry" comments. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend. Also hilarious how said owner comes on here to respond to negative reviews blaming the customers ? get better. This is just disgusting. I'm not sick because I didn't eat that nasty food. Some of the chicken was black on the inside and the perch was hard. Not crunchy-hard.And to you-the owner, no need to respond unless you are offering a refund. You can only lie and get so many people sick before your business is seriously affected.

I ordered via door dash. I asked for 12 wings only received only 9, they were pretty good, a little too much garlic but good, my sig other said the breaded okra wasn’t authentic and the turkey was decent but it was a frozen patty but I would still definitely go back, please add some condiments next time we received none!!

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. I placed an order and waited 40 for my food. Then, the cashier said the cooks never received the ticket for the order. However, I had a receipt. The entire staff was disorganized and very unprofessional. The staff didn’t make any attempts to fix the issue and didn’t even offer an apology. After several minutes of going back and forth with the staff, I finally got a refund.

I've purchased dinners from this establishment several times & to be completely honest my experience in regards to my food can best be described as a "hit & miss"; on at least 2 occasions something was missing from my order (a piece of fish, coleslaw)... now after contacting the restaurant the person that I spoke to was always will to make it right... another time my fries were a greasy, soggy mess & I didn't the time or the energy to make a return trip to get another order.
Best fries I have ever had. I ordered a perch dinner. I was very good and reasonably priced. Best I have had in Cleveland so far. I will return. Great service.
