First time having Bite and most of our food was well received. The chicken philly egg rolls were delicious and phenomenally sloppy; napkins are a must to eat this scrumptious side! I went to the Willowick location and all I can say is it was a pleasure! It's a whole vibe from the music to the customer service! It was my moms bday and we wanted to come try the food. We were not disappointed everything came out fresh and hot!We had the creole wings and garlic parm. Loaded chicken fries and the honey biscuit! Definitely recommend coming and trying their menu.

I'm sure there will always be someone to find a reason to make a complaint, but this place, you can tell is a small business owned, small spaced restaurant with a cool vibe for what they have to work with.
