We live nearby and order food from here every so often. I'm sure there will always be someone to find a reason to make a complaint, but this place, you can tell is a small business owned, small spaced restaurant with a cool vibe for what they have to work with. But most of all, the food is delicious. We need to support our small businesses in our communities, which is why I'm writing this. Owners everywhere struggle to keep places like these running due to corporate competition. They struggle to pay their employees, overhead and still make profit cuz they wanted to do what they like or follow a dream. At any small business you might not get service as fast as McDonalds, but when you begin to expect everything to come fast and your way. Remember who you're really contributing to when you go to a small business vs a corporate owned. Be patient, slow down, remember before smart phones, Uber eats, Postmates and pickup orders off apps, we had a society that people acknowledged other people around them. Didn't have their heads down glued to a phone. And not everyone had a smart device that made them believe the world revolved around them. Everyone now gets everything so fast, rides and foods, even compliments and emotional validation with social media where they get "likes" and thousands imaginary so called " friends" , so much that everyone now everyone is selfish and believes they deserve special treatment or don't have to wait. Now rude and selfish, Won't let you over in a traffic line. Think about it. Take time to look around at the world around you. Acknowledge people and be kind and considerate and remember that and your contributions to your communities as well still make a difference. Play a part in contributing something GOOD to this world and society before we just lose it all to greed, hate, division Facebook and Twitter

First time having Bite and most of our food was well received. The chicken philly egg rolls were delicious and phenomenally sloppy; napkins are a must to eat this scrumptious side! The wings were fried and seasoned very well. They were also very tasty. The miss on this visit was with the sides. The cole slaw and broccoli were not made very well. The broccoli was mush, and both sides were drenched in an overwhelming amount of season caked on top of each. Unfortunately, the misteps here overshadow the wings and egg rolls. However, the wings and egg rolls do warrant another visit.

If I could had put no stars to leave a review I would have. I got a polish boy & catfish po boy. First off the polish boy is super small like a fried hotdog, no sauce on it I had to add my own BBQ sauce. It tasted terrible also made very sloppy. Catfish po boy was soggy wasn’t fried hard enough no fries come on it you will have to purchase fries on the side. The fries that was purchased on the side no sauce was on them they wasn’t fresh at all. I’m mad I wasted my time going $25 poorly spent. My first & last time there for sure.

I went to the Willowick location and all I can say is it was a pleasure! It's a whole vibe from the music to the customer service! It was my moms bday and we wanted to come try the food. We were not disappointed everything came out fresh and hot!We had the creole wings and garlic parm. Loaded chicken fries and the honey biscuit! Definitely recommend coming and trying their menu.

The menu says the Catfish Po-Boy is topped with Coleslaw. This has no coleslaw and a little bit of sauce. Also disappointed for the price it does not come with fries. Disappointing experience.

The person who took our order was very nice. We ordered the Fried Perch Dinner that came with 2 Creole sides. Unfortunately, the 2 pieces of perch were "refried" and had a fishy taste. The jambalaya and gumbo were fair.
