Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, even accommodating large groups of 8-10 people. However, experiences vary. Some guests report a horrible experience with cold food that was microwaved per the chef, and a waitress who clocked out early, leaving the table unattended for over 20 minutes. While the cigar selection is not the best and a bit pricey, the extensive liquor and knowledgeable staff make it worth visiting.
