Absolutely amazing pizza done with passion, intent and true skill that only comes from a master of their craft. Upon entering the small, clean and purposeful shop the aroma of fresh ingredients and flour dusted surfaces will have you under its spell. It’s obvious the place means business. Options for pizza toppings are not as limited as the hours but after the first bite you will be a believer. Conversations with the owner/Pizzolo while we waited and preformed his dough magic transported us right to the city of Naples. His knowledge and stories made our 15 minute wait seem like an only a few seconds. Not being able to decide we ended up getting two pies and we’re glad we did! Crisp thin crusts with those dark “leopard spots”, perfectly balanced sauce and low moisture cheese ratio with just the right amount of toppings including basil picked fresh from the plant. This type of pizza might not be for everyone but it’s definitely a contender for Cleveland’s best. Very demure, very mindful.

Magic sauce on the fries and the food was perfectly cooked, I couldn't have asked for more - take it from a Chicagoan, this food is worth the long wait times. Speaking of which, the wait times are LONG. For the Philly alone, which I placed an order for at 6:50pm, it wasn't ready until 7:35. I placed another order for the Chicken Soul Rolls (x3 for $10) when I got my first order and was told the wait time would be 5 minutes maximum. I ended up not getting them until 7:50pm. Would've taken a pic of those too, but after waiting an hour I got hungry.Furthermore, the menu they have on the TV when you first walk in is out of date. I was told by Umar that he stopped bundling the sodas with the food about 2 years ago, however, no mention of it was made until I asked for it. I was also told to pay separately for them, even while it's actively advertised on the menu. Not a fan of the lack of transparency here.When I ordered, the payment options were Cash or CashApp/Apple Pay (direct, no tap). There were debit and credit card companies on the window, but they weren't accepting anything but the two options at the time. They are on DoorDash for delivery.All in all, I'd recommend the food, but with a note of ordering ahead of time to compensate for the wait time, and double check your food. “This place never disappoints although we’ve only had the gyros, fries and mozzarella sticks. We’ve always gone with the large sized gyros and they come with plenty of meat. Think this is our 10th visit now and they’ve always been a solid meal with leftovers. Good stuff at great prices with super nice owners.“

“Ate at The Third Place while visiting my mom during Thanksgiving. Had the Sunday special, the Meatball Casserole. It was delicious with lots of cheese and sauce to dip the garlic bread in. Also had a side salad. I recommend spending the extra $2.50 and getting the salad topped with fresh mozzarella. Yum! I wish I remembered the servers name. It began with a J. Ordered variety of things: kids noodle with chicken broth, pulled pork buns, and 4 item bento box combo to share (two flavored wings - gochujang & togarashi dry rub, gyoza dumplings, and spring rolls), along with craft cocktails. Drinks were strong but balanced; my aviation was made with leche amazing! There was also a large selection of beer in tap. Enjoyed the food except the kids noodles/broth; standouts were the buns and spring rolls. Simple warm brownie with milk after dinner or a long day at work who can go wrong. Plus they’re always really sweet and friendly to my kids my when I send my 17 year old to pick them up. They always ask about my family small family type of business atmosphere, not cheap but no expensive very affordable. Definitely beats little Caesars or Dominos. They got great meatball subs. They make my pizza with garlic sauce and extra cheese and pepperoni and pineapple, deliciously every time. They’re the closest thing to me from Pizza shop Zachary’s Pizza in Milton Vermont. They use real cheese, they ain’t stingy they make normal individual pies too. For like $7 I think. My whole family chooses their own their favorite pizza toppings all for themselves with two brownies ?? for $32.$35 bucks or something like that. We did grinders at subways the other day $72.00 ! Don’t get me started screw up the order every time lol ? and it’s like $50-$60 idk ?‍♀️ what more can I say they easy fast, we like em, they’ll do whatever weirdO toppings we craving no questions asked. Only thing I will say is order before 10:30 weekdays and 11:30 weekends they get busy and crowded and people be so rude to em I mean you can only cook so many pies in 30 mins but aside from regular ignorant customers who don’t care about peoples poor lives they’d amazing!
