Everything was carefully prepared and the highest quality. Stellar service from the minute we stepped in to the last goodbye. Can't recommend this establishment enough! “4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“Had the pleasure of dining here tonight. Everything from our server Shannon to the food was outstanding!

To drink I had a Love Language, which Shannon recommended! It's made with their house cucumber vodka. It was very refreshing!

For dinner, chicken breast that wasn't dry, seasoned well and easily cut with a butter knife! Collards and Mac and cheese were good as well!

For dessert, we has a banana creme brulee. I'm very picky about creme brulee, but this was perfection!

“Edit: it's clean now! The pizza here is so good, we have been here several times and will definitely be back. I hesitate to recommend this place because it is just so dirty in here. They make little effort to wipe the tables or sweep the floor during service. The trash piles up right by clean service items. You have to bring your own wipes to clean off a sticky table if you want to dine in.“

“Came for a birthday party and can't say I'd be back. There were several problems. First off, I waited 40 minutes for a coke. Seems like everyone else got their alcohol though which also had a very long wait. The server Cici was awful to say the least. She couldn't get anything right. My husband ordered the rib dinner and i had the two meats and two sides (brisket and ribs). The ribs were very good, I would definitely order them again if I ever came back. But the brisket was absolutely awful. The toughest, driest piece of meat I've ever bitten, tasteless with no bark whatsoever. They were out of rib tips which I was honestly disappointed about but the ribs were bomb. They were moist yet tender cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese *and believe me I don't eat everybody's* was really really good. The greens had too much vinegar but were still enjoyable. The baked beans (Fire whoever made them immediately) literally took a can of bushes and added green peppers and onion. I ordered my 2 year old a smoked wing appetizer and some fries. WE GOT MY 2 YEAR OLDS FOOD AS WE WERE PACKING UP OURS, He literally ate my whole plate because he had no food. I ordered the garlic parm on the side and of course when they brought his wings it was covered in garlic parm. The fries were so full of salt they weren't edible but I got over that quickly. Still being very very generous I told the waitress I would be paying for my friend for his birthday. She didn't just charge my card for my best friends meal, but for everyone else at the table almost 300$. How do you make that kind of mistake. I believe it was intentional. After that I just ran out of there. The service however bad, still didn't overshadow that the food was really good. I just wouldn't order the brisket agian and definitely tell them no salt on your fries“

“We found this gem today on our venture to Cleveland and we are very very happy we did! The food was absolutely fabulous! We shared the grilled octopus appetizer! So good it makes you do the eye roll and happy dance! My husband had the crab melt 🤤and I had the beef Lumpia!! We were so happy with our food and service! “If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.

I first found this restaurant about a year ago when my boyfriend and I happened to pass by and decided to give it a try. I still remember the first time they brought out the soup with chopped onions on the side. I was honestly shocked by how good it was. That soup immediately became one of those flavors I knew I would never forget.

I loved the food so much that I came back again with a friend, and then came back a third time before I eventually left Cleveland.

I’ve been living away from Cleveland for more than a year, and recently I drove back from Chicago because I’ll be staying here for the next two months. When I thought about where I wanted to eat first, this restaurant was immediately at the top of my list. I literally drove about 40 minutes just to come here.

At first I was a little confused because the restaurant has a different name now. I only found it again because I had previously shared the address with my friend. When I walked inside and saw the restaurant, I immediately recognized it and thought, “YES, this is the place!”

And somehow, after all this time, the food is STILL just as amazing as I remembered.

The lamb and rice are incredible. The fish is something I order almost every single time. And the HUGE fresh bread is unbelievably good — seriously, you HAVE to eat it right after it comes out while it’s still hot and fresh. It is absolutely amazing.

And then there is the soup. I genuinely think I will remember that soup for the rest of my life. I have tried other Yemeni restaurants while I was away, but nothing has ever tasted quite as good as this place.

Because I lived far away for so long, I couldn’t come here often, but I never forgot the flavor. I would actually think about this food from time to time while I was gone.

Finding this restaurant again after more than a year honestly made me so happy. Same owner, same incredible food, and still one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Cleveland.

100000/10. Completely worth the 40-minute drive, and I will definitely be coming back again while I’m here. ❤“

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“
