“I read the reviews, and I was hesitant to go to this location. I am so glad that I decided to go. I love Jersey Mike's! When I walked in the restaurant it was clean and well-organized. There was a young man and a young lady working. They had a lot of outgoing pick up orders, but I got my sandwich quickly, fresh and fantastic just as ordered. They were both friendly and welcoming. Such a great experience! A+++++ Customer Service! Food quality is always A+++++++ at every location.“

“this columbus-based chain has a lot to offer in terms of flavor and vegan options. despite being a build-your-bowl concept, it still feels high-end. everything from dressing salad to baking pita in a stone oven is done in front of you. the menu is clearly labeled, and staff are happy to inform you if something contains dairy. my go-to is a salad bowl with falafel, hummus, dressed cucumbers, red cabbage, beets, marinated eggplant, cauliflower topped with zhug, and of course, a side of freshly baked pita :) other options include vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies and french fries with a wide array of drinks. “Catering for Our Film crew was Perfect after a long day on Set!! Every dish was a celebration of Italy's culinary traditions, fresh, high-quality ingredients. The classic combination of ingredients was a snapshot of what Italian cuisine is all about. The Lemon Chicken, Peppers, Meatballs, Pasta and Salad were Perfection .... the team loved everything!“

The vegan Buckeye is rich and creamy with the perfect mix of chocolate and peanut butter—so good you’d never guess it’s dairy-free. The Cookies and Creme is a classic done right, with big chunks of cookie in every bite. And the Caramel Fudge Brownie is pure indulgence: sweet, fudgy, and absolutely delicious.

Waitress Mandy was excellent. Really appreciated that we could reserve a table for a regular time rather than specific New Year's Eve seatings and it was no problem to be out of there before their 1 3/4 -2 hour time limit for the special night, even with dessert and apps. Multi-racial clientele and good jazz over the sound system.“

“A bit loud, but not beyond what you would expect for a beer hall. The food was excellent, and the variety of brews was great. Also appreciate that they have some NA options.
Seating is communal, so if you are a small group (2-4), expect to share a table with another small group.

“I got the 1/2 pound bacon BLT and the Chicken Tenders with French toast. Lots of quality food, and fast, friendly service. I will recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants quality at a fair price. For a small sit down/carry out restaurant, I thought the place was super clean and new looking with white quartz counters and white wall tiles. Looks very new inside.“

“My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“We got a last minute reservation on a Friday night after a recommendation. We weren’t sure what to expect, and we were VERY happy! I had a delicious classic Paper Plane cocktail and hubby ordered a bottle of red wine. We started with frog legs as an appetizer…lightly fried, and so much garlic and lemon…perfection! I had the chicken pitta, my husband had veal parm (our server Tony suggested it as it would go great with the wine he chose). Both dishes were so plentiful we each took half home. The amount of artichokes and red peppers on my piccata was very generous, they don’t skimp on anything! We ended the night with Affogato and it was also wonderful. Bottom line is the whole experience was great! We can’t wait to be back in Cleveland and come back…don’t miss out.“

“What a fun time! Came here while visiting from out of town since there were vegan options. Ordered the Veggie Mite and the Kevin Mcallister, along with the Sweet and Seedy salad. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with our pizza so we had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff was so kind, helpful, hardworking, and remedied it quickly. Lots of young people working hard. Everything was delicious and crust was yummmm!“

“Love this place the spicy garlic parm wings are fantastic and we come here often for prime rib and burgers. Its always really good food. The wait time for service can vary depending on when you go but they are usually pretty on top of things and take really good care of their regulars.“

Can definitely tell they’ve cut corners - they got rid of the hole in the middle are gone, and $16 for a dozen. You can come out to Painesville and get a full dozen for cheaper and MUCH better!“
