This is an assembly line type of establishment, similar to Chipotle, only better in my opinion. Choose how your food will be presented (salad, pita, or hummus), and then choose from many vegan-friendly items to complete your meal. The falafels are good, as is the hummus. We also had soup - really good, as well as a Tahini Chocolate Chip cookie, also good. Definitely worth a visit.
My husband and I always go to Brassica when we’re visiting home. Everything is always fresh and the people are really nice BUT my only complaint is the people on the line not wearing gloves. Again,really nice staff but just for safety purposes they need to wear gloves.

We enjoyed the build-your-own salads. Everything was fresh and tasty; nothing was oily or salty. Pita bread was not included and getting it reflected another upcharge. Felafel balls were crispy and delicious.
