“this columbus-based chain has a lot to offer in terms of flavor and vegan options. despite being a build-your-bowl concept, it still feels high-end. everything from dressing salad to baking pita in a stone oven is done in front of you. the menu is clearly labeled, and staff are happy to inform you if something contains dairy. my go-to is a salad bowl with falafel, hummus, dressed cucumbers, red cabbage, beets, marinated eggplant, cauliflower topped with zhug, and of course, a side of freshly baked pita :) other options include vegan tahini chocolate chip cookies and french fries with a wide array of drinks. “What a fun time! Came here while visiting from out of town since there were vegan options. Ordered the Veggie Mite and the Kevin Mcallister, along with the Sweet and Seedy salad. Unfortunately, there was a mix up with our pizza so we had to wait a little longer than usual, but the staff was so kind, helpful, hardworking, and remedied it quickly. Lots of young people working hard. Everything was delicious and crust was yummmm!“
