Now they are right on par for what you would expect from the gioninos franchise, good tasting pizza, good service, it's ready reasonably quick, and it's cooked well. I haven't gotten a delivery yet but I'm sure it won't be a 2 hour wait like it was before.“

“Make sure you have reservations when coming for dinner. We had a group of 4 and were seated immediately for our 6:00 PM table . We ordered 3 fried cod fish dinners and 1 bone in ribeye. The highlight of the table was the beautiful bone in ribeye. The fish dinners were better than expected with delicious skin on fries. Can’t figure out why the coleslaw serving is about 1 tablespoon. The slaw was fantastic- just a ridiculous portion. The bone in ribeye was one of the best that my guest has had. The appetizer was roasted Brussel sprouts. I have never had Brussel sprouts this good ever.
With my meal I ordered the caesar salad with added anchovies. Fresh, cool, seasoned and perfect. Hot fresh coffee with chocolate cake in a cup for dessert. Coffee was great, the chocolate cake was dry, the whipped cream top saved it. I would like the cake to be injected with chocolate lave before the whip cream is added. With that fix this meal was perfect. Friendly people, quick service, hot and tasty food in downtown Chagrin Falls - what else would you want. We have already planned a return trip.“

“This is a gem a gem in Chagrin Falls ! I stopped in was working in the area ,and ordered the deluxe ,and it was delicious. Not stingy on the toppings ,or the sauce . Reasonably priced there not trying to charge you 23 dollars for a dam medium like some places 16 dollars perfect price . Super friendly staff ,gentlemen told me the go to menu items . “This is one of my new favorites in the Cleveland Area of the only place I visited in a long time that gives you 2 Nice Sized Pieces of Catfish, 4 hush puppies, Coleslaw and FRESH CUT edible FRIES all for one price. I have been here 5 times and they have am Amazing Chicken Philly Sandwich these both items are seasoned to perfection and not to salty like most places you can barely tolerate the heavy seasonings from something who has to watch their salt intake. Jumbo Chicken Rolls are a most have my family love those as well! Most places I have to toss my food. Customer Service is always friendly and patient staff is always with a good attitude fast service and clean location. Compliments to the chef staff and the great owner!!! Glad this business exists.“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.

“Genuinely the best Chik-fil-A I ever been to! I utilize the Macedonia location for catering for my company quite often and their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. “My husband and I love the food there better than the one in Hiram. BUT we tried calling for over 45 minutes today just to get a busy signal. So he went there and placed the order even though we live in Mantua. “Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

The payment system froze while I was there and the gentleman that I think is the owner or manager that was there at the time comped my order even though I offered to stay until it was up and running to pay, but they insisted that they comp me for the inconvenience. “We visited Silver Creek for the first time. We are locals that live in Aurora. Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. We met the owner and chef Joe, and we were served by the owner’s son Chase. This is the place to go if you want great food and service. The Happy Hour food & drink menu and prices are fantastic too! We highly recommended this restaurant! We’ve been hoping for a great restaurant to establish here in Aurora, OH.“

“Stopped for lunch. Friend recommended because her daughter works there. I had the turkey sub on the whole grain bread. I added bacon (can’t go wrong lol). The worker rang it up as a club to save me a few bucks. Much appreciated! Also bought two of the deli pickles, and potato salad. Sub had lettuce, tomato, onions, and their special oil dressing. Whole grain bread was fresh & soft. It was overall fantastic! The oil dressing very tasty! I got an extra cup. The potato salad was meh. $2.49 for that small container. Shoulda got chips instead. Also ask for a plastic knife because the pickles aren’t sliced. Very friendly & helpful staff. Food came out quick. I was there about 12:15 and it definitely got busy. Overall very tasty subs and would definitely go back.“
