Now they are right on par for what you would expect from the gioninos franchise, good tasting pizza, good service, it's ready reasonably quick, and it's cooked well. I haven't gotten a delivery yet but I'm sure it won't be a 2 hour wait like it was before.“

Also, have ordered off the app multiple times & a few times they say they are out of what was ordered, usually bakery items. Wish the store could update the app a bit quicker to show sold out items“

“I ordered a beef polish boy, shrimp n chicken rice bowl and beef sliders n fries. The food is sooo fresh and seasoned to perfection. The chef Tee Dee and owner Mr. Ernie was are so kind and make sure you have all you need. The atmosphere has positive affirmations around the wall and the menu is sick. Great experience! “My husband and I love the food there better than the one in Hiram. BUT we tried calling for over 45 minutes today just to get a busy signal. So he went there and placed the order even though we live in Mantua. Here they had taken the phone off the hook because they said they were busy. 🙄 needless to say he was not happy and two other customers came in who had the same problem and said that’s not the way you do business.!“

The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

The payment system froze while I was there and the gentleman that I think is the owner or manager that was there at the time comped my order even though I offered to stay until it was up and running to pay, but they insisted that they comp me for the inconvenience. “You can only eat so much Italian food. A lot of the special food advertised were not available to order.. They put us where you could tell was their noisy kids area...Our kids were very well behaved that day.. basic low noise. However

“Food was amazing. The only thing is that our server, who yes was busy but I'm also in the service industry and we got our apps before our drinks. Drinks were the first thing we told our server Conor who we stilled tipped. But we're eating salad and I have nothing to wash it down with. Other than our server, the person who brought our food was amazing, the scenery was excellent and i would recommend. Other people were seated after us and received their drinks before us as well. I understand but as a server you also need to check on your tables just to make sure they didn't need anything else. We wanted to order more but we couldn't handle Conor's service he only came to us once and that was to bring the check. What if we wanted more food or drinks. This was my first time here, I just expected more especially if I'm spending over $300 for 2 people“
