“Before the change of ownership this place was terrible, order was always messed up, couldn't get a delivery, and when you could, it was late.

Now they are right on par for what you would expect from the gioninos franchise, good tasting pizza, good service, it's ready reasonably quick, and it's cooked well. I haven't gotten a delivery yet but I'm sure it won't be a 2 hour wait like it was before.“

Also, have ordered off the app multiple times & a few times they say they are out of what was ordered, usually bakery items. Wish the store could update the app a bit quicker to show sold out items“

The Catering Director, Aaron, is fantastic! He is one of the kindest & most helpful individuals I’ve ever come in contact with! He goes out of his way to make sure my orders are always perfect. He & his team at the Macedonia location do an amazing job! In addition, the Owner Dan Stanko & Catering Director Aaron, went out of their way to graciously donate food & gift cards for a large community church event my company was sponsoring. “My husband and I love the food there better than the one in Hiram. BUT we tried calling for over 45 minutes today just to get a busy signal. So he went there and placed the order even though we live in Mantua. Here they had taken the phone off the hook because they said they were busy. 🙄 needless to say he was not happy and two other customers came in who had the same problem and said that’s not the way you do business.!“

“Used Cafe 56/ 56 Kitchen for our child's Mitzvah weekend, for 3 different events- Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and a Sunday Brunch. Jay was a breeze to work with- and totally understood and delivered on the vision with all three events. His many years of experience means that he's able to tweak your menus so they make sense, and make them the most cost efficient for you. The food was tasty, and beautifully displayed. One thing to note-- Jay's a busy though laid back guy- but he gets it done. We connected with him a year ahead, though we finalized menus, etc. just weeks before the event, which worked out very well. I would use Cafe 56 again for future events in a heartbeat!“

“You can only eat so much Italian food. A lot of the special food advertised were not available to order.. They put us where you could tell was their noisy kids area...Our kids were very well behaved that day.. basic low noise. However
the people behind us were talking about things you really should not in a restaurant and around kids. Mly dinner was spoiled for the day.. I feel Olive Garden owes all of us a new dinner. I really felt sorry for the waitress.
She was probably glad they left out of there. I know I was.. I mean keep it in the bedroom guys!“

“We usually get a decent amount of food so we understand that we may have to wait a bit longer and all the employees are so kind. I do usually check my bags before leaving anywhere and there has only been one time that we were missing something and it was due to a computer error as we had ordered at the kiosk. I also usually order custom items and they always come out great!“

For some reason I feel like they gave me a little bit more but I'm not used to eating inside the Panera. I usually get takeout and it seems like the salads are much smaller when you get them that way“
