Food was excellent, service was very poor. Id expect more from a place serving this level of high quality dishes.
I finally went here after hearing about it for a few years. I don’t know if it was hype but I guess when it was new, everyone in Cleveland wanted to check it out. You walk through the store to get to the restaurant on the top floor (3rd I think). The decor is modern and comfortable. The menu is pricey. My burger, which looked like a Big Mac (no fries, no side salad). was $24. Fries were $10 and on a par with McDonald’s. My dinner companions had salads - lobster $44,...read full review
Having seen that some of the reviews were less than stellar I wanted to share here that we had a very positive (lunch) experience yesterday (6-22-26) at RH restaurant. Yes, the menu is very pricey so go in expecting that reality. However the quality of our food, it’s aesthetic, and the service were all a 5 star experience. Special kudos to our waitress Brittany who helped make the experience special and befitting of a “dining experience”. (Also the young...read full review

RH Rooftop Restaurant Cleveland provides a unique dining experience with its elegant indoor rooftop setting and panoramic views. The atmosphere is sophisticated and relaxing, with neutral earthy tones creating a refined ambiance. The restaurant features a decent menu, including dishes like Branzino, which was praised for its quality, and Filet mignon, though some feel the prices are high—Branzino costs around $46 and Filet mignon about $64, both without sides. While the food is generally good, it does not always deliver a "wow" factor, and some dishes may seem overpriced for their quality, flavors, and portion sizes.
Guests have noted that the service can sometimes be slow and inconsistent, with delays in receiving drinks and food, and difficulties in getting staff attention. There have been instances where servers were hard to find, and some orders, like desserts, were handled poorly, including being charged for cookies that were dropped on the table without being offered. Despite these issues, the scenic views and beautiful venue make RH Rooftop a worthwhile visit, especially for those seeking a relaxing environment to unwind and enjoy the scenery. The interior is praised for its art, decor, and furniture, creating an escape to another place. Service was rated as A1, and the vibe on the third floor is described as big and lively. However, some reviews mention that the food is average and overpriced, with small portion sizes like the lobster roll served on a large plate without garnishments and cheap bun. The pasta and chicken sandwiches are considered average, and some feel that other restaurants in the Pinecrest area offer better value for less money. If the restaurant can improve service efficiency and develop more robust flavors, the overall dining experience could be greatly enhanced.
