“Our group of friends wanted to get together at Brew Wall to watch the Browns game, sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. The ambiance is great. We were shocked at the lack of knowledge of your bartender when we had issues with pouring beer. We asked for help multiple times but kept getting "not my area so I don't get involved". When we first arrived no one was around to greet anyone and there were others waiting as well but they left. We stayed to find someone and again saw the Bartender who ignored us until we walked in to ask her for help, which she said were short staffed. We saw many patrons come in and leave due to lack of help at the food order station. We asked multiple times for the TVs to show the Browns Game but no one seemed to know how to work the Tvs, plus they said the audio wasn't working, which is ok. Just the lack of knowledge and help from the staff was frustrating to us. Great place, with no staff assistance. We want to come back but uncertain if we can get others to join. We were also shocked that the place was empty for a Browns Game, but the other patrons that came in left quickly as the process to some is confusing and left as no one was around to help. The food was awesome as we love Antonio's. Other issue is the advertisement for 1/2 off wings. We all ordered but did not get the 1/2 price on all orders. I ordered a 12 order which we did get 1/2 off but not the 8 order and at that time, we just wanted to leave. Hopefully you can employ competent staff as Brew Wall is a great place and would hate to see it close due to lack of good staff.“

“I absolutely love honeygrow!!!! This restaurant never disappoints! The food is out of this world so fresh and clean and flavorful! Best thing is, when I leave the restaurant I don’t feel like tired and logey- I actually feel energized! The manager – Chris Keeps the restaurant super clean and inviting! There is only one issue. “My brother and I had lunch on 9/12 and we had KeArra as our waitress. She is AMAZING! She was fast, efficient, on top of refills - we didn’t even have to ask each time, she just looked to see what was low and brought refills (soup, salad, drinks). She always had a big smile and was incredibly kind. I asked her how long she had been there and she was new and had only been on the floor on her own for ONE week and what even more impressive, is that this is her FIRST waitressing job. I thought she definitely had been doing this for a long while. KeArra was an exceptional hire, is an exceptional waitress and without a doubt an exceptional person! “The food here is amazing, delicious, and healthy. The service is excellent. They really take the time to make you feel at ease and they give you the friendliest service. One particular staff member, a tall gentleman was very kind and asked how I liked the food, took the time to tell me my options when I was ordering, and offered to put my tray away when I was done eating. Now that’s service! Service in most places have not been satisfactory lately as the food service industry slowly picks back up from a type of recession. But the customer care and service here is above and beyond.“

It is a small restaurant, and you had a large party in a small restaurant. There's only so much space and ways that you can safely put people in. But maybe you haven't worked in the service industry before and do not know that. After he calmly was apologizing to you again, you (or your daughter?) screamed in his face and berated him in front of the entire restaurant and he still held restraint.“

I drove by and the place looks like it is no longer in business. No explanation on door. Is it closed for remodeling? Closed getting ready to move to new location? Or closed for good? “This was my first visit to McAllaster’s Deli but I guarantee it won’t be my last!
I got the Chicago French dip and the traditional French dip for my wife. Since I’m watching my calories, I got the broccoli as a side😂 - And since I got the broccoli, we also shared a loaded baked potato. I think it was the honey barbecue pork, but whatever it was called, it was about the size of a football - sooooo gooood!!!!
The sandwiches were jam-packed with beef and cheese and soooo good.

“I visited this location for a quick bite. I was greeted by Robin (11:41a) who took my order with patience, accuracy, and friendliness. My order came up quick. The gentleman who handed me my order was also friendly. The gentleman that opened the entrance door was also friendly. This location was immaculately clean, bathroom was clean. There's a conidiment station nicely and fully stocked; they even had an abundanceof wet wipes (bonus points). I've been to a lot of Chick Fil A's, and the Florida locations are by far the friendliest and the cleanest. Did someone teleport this Strongsville location from Florida? The only Chick Fil A that comes a little bit close to Florida's service is the Willoughby location. Strongsville Chick Fil A gets 10 stars. Keep up the great service. Please. Thank you.“

“My first time at DiBellas, got a 10 inch tuna sub at the Strongsville shop today, it's huge! Good fresh tuna, fresh toppings (I got provolone cheese, mayo, oil, lettuce, tomato, onions, cucumber) but kind of bland because no seasoning and couldn't really taste the onions. The Asiago bread was good. Forgot to ask for salt/pepper because it wasn't listed as an option on their in-store menu. On my way out I asked about it and they said salt and pepper are in packets that they keep behind the counter. I think they should at least have salt pepper listed as an option on their signs.“

We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“

“Guys pizza is amazing, I have celiac disease which means I can’t have any gluten containing food products. It is very hard to find pizza that tastes good and not like a cardboard box. They are one of 3 pizza places in the area that have quality gluten free options and they are typically first on my list they also take care to avoid cross contamination. For people with gluten allergies, intolerance, or autoimmune disorders I highly recommend guys if you are looking for good pizza.“
