When We Got Seated At Our Table The Table Was Not Cleaned Or Server Cleaned The Table But The Server Left The Cleaning Bottle Above My Girlfriends Head On The Wall Mount. And The Men's Bathroom Was A Disaster The Floor Was Wet Like A Stall Flooded I Give The Food And The Service An A. But An F For Dirty Bathrooms And Dirty Tables.“

As someone who works in the service industry, I never would’ve asked nor expected that as it was my mistake and was fine with cutting the loss. I even got some extra bread sticks and coupons. “What an incredible experience!! I dont live in the area and looked up best rated Falafel and you were 24 min out of my way. I live about an hour from you. I have to say waht an incredible staff you have! Everyone was accommodating, kind, and informative! The food is beyond expectation to! Immediately I was hit with such wonderful aromas I was excited. I got everything! Well a bit of it all. I am vegan so I was thrilled I had so many options. My plate was the rainbow I was looking for to!! “Great experience with Chris I believe was their name, one of the GMs. I came in with my grandparents for the first time and she saw us look a little confused, and jumped right in to explain how it works. She even came around the counter while we ordered to check on us, and throughout the meal. I was a caterer for several years and Chris provided nothing short of exemplary service and care for their customers, which is not something you always expect at fast casual spots. If you see this keep up the great work, you’re amazing!“

“I absolutely love this local restaurant! 😊 There’s just something special about a neighborhood spot that consistently serves great food and makes you feel welcome every time you visit. The service is always quick and efficient, and the staff are incredibly friendly, which really adds to the overall experience.

One of my favorite things on the menu is the Western omelette. 🍳 It’s always cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. I usually order it with a side of pork links, some toast, and a refreshing glass of apple juice, which makes for a really satisfying meal. 😋 The prices are also very reasonable, so you get a great meal without spending too much.

Another cool thing about this place is the artwork displayed around the restaurant. 🎨 Not only does it add a lot of character to the decor, but you can actually purchase some of the pieces if you like them. The atmosphere is lively and inviting, and everything — from the dining area to the restrooms — is very clean and well maintained.

“Honestly, I’ve been here before and it’s a really great place with good food. However, I think the last time I went was definitely the most enjoyable because of our kind server, Kristela. She was such a sweetheart, very welcoming and made sure we were taken care of and everything was accommodated. I’d recommend because of the kind staff and food.“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“I got stuck in the snow a little while ago and this gentleman helped me out little do I know it was the head chef for this restaurant. I was walking home from the science center and it got freezing so I ducked into there. They gave me bread and tea and water and it's really nice and I'm gonna get a pizza from there. We enjoyed the tomato and basil pizza and a large house salad, too. We had the vegan mushroom roll and cheese bread. The dipping sauce that accompanied both was a homemade tomato and basil puree. “Great service tonight. They were low on the noodles so I asked for half purple rice. I understood so I wasn’t upset about it. We sat down to eat and several minutes later the man that was cooking brought over a bowl of hot noodles. “Bought 2 pizzas on Friday evening for pick up. Order was ready and staff was very nice even though is was a little busy. My family and I have been buying pizzas for various family events for the past two years at Romeo’s. I really like their chicken topped pizza with some barbecue sauce added on top (extra). And they are not shy when it comes to adding pepperoni topping. One good thing I notice with them, is that their pizzas don’t drip in oil…which can happen with other pizza joints. So, without destroying the taste of their pizzas they have reduced oil, more of it being less messy than more healthy. And the pizza crust still tastes good.“
