When We Got Seated At Our Table The Table Was Not Cleaned Or Server Cleaned The Table But The Server Left The Cleaning Bottle Above My Girlfriends Head On The Wall Mount. And The Men's Bathroom Was A Disaster The Floor Was Wet Like A Stall Flooded I Give The Food And The Service An A. But An F For Dirty Bathrooms And Dirty Tables.“

“What an incredible experience!! I dont live in the area and looked up best rated Falafel and you were 24 min out of my way. I live about an hour from you. I have to say waht an incredible staff you have! Everyone was accommodating, kind, and informative! The food is beyond expectation to! Immediately I was hit with such wonderful aromas I was excited. I got everything! Well a bit of it all. I am vegan so I was thrilled I had so many options. My plate was the rainbow I was looking for to!! I was even given a Vegan cookie which I havnt had in well over a year possible 2. “Great experience with Chris I believe was their name, one of the GMs. I came in with my grandparents for the first time and she saw us look a little confused, and jumped right in to explain how it works. She even came around the counter while we ordered to check on us, and throughout the meal. I was a caterer for several years and Chris provided nothing short of exemplary service and care for their customers, which is not something you always expect at fast casual spots. If you see this keep up the great work, you’re amazing!“

Everything is always fresh and hot, the service is friendly and it is truly one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I have ever had, even compared to many in Philly. “Visiting Cleveland and I needed a good margarita! Firstly restaurant is beautiful. Perfect for girls night, date night you name it. Server was amazing, very friendly and patient. I got the guac- gotta say 10/10 just the way I like it! But that margarita…lets be honest here I had a few margaritas on my trip to Cleveland but none of them matched the ones at blue agave. Perfectly balanced cocktail! Prices were very reasonable!! Also after I got home I realized I mislaid the receipt for my expenses- I sent them a message on Instagram and moments later the replied with a copy of my bill! Absolute lifesavers! I’ll be back in June and whenever someone asks me what’s good in Cleveland- blue agave will be the first thing I tell them about 👌“

“4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“Traveling to Cleveland over the weekend from Florida and found this as a high star brunch spot. Food was absolutely delicious and quick to come out even with a full restaurant. Parking and directions for parking were easy. The server and hostess were on and off hot and cold with their service so that was a bit uncomfortable and didn’t give the most warm feelings as a traveler but the food was great and the cafe feel was fun.“

“I got stuck in the snow a little while ago and this gentleman helped me out little do I know it was the head chef for this restaurant. I was walking home from the science center and it got freezing so I ducked into there. They gave me bread and tea and water and it's really nice and I'm gonna get a pizza from there. The ambiance is really pretty and everyone is super nice“

“This is my go-to restaurant every time I fly out of CLE, even if my flight leaves from a completely different concourse. It’s unique for an airport restaurant and I’ve always been impressed by the quality and quantity of food.

One disclaimer is that I always fly out of CLE very early, so I’ve only ever tried their breakfast bowls, and I only ever get ground beef. But it’s always a super filling and delicious meal! The employees are more than happy to pile whatever you want onto your bowl.“

We enjoyed the tomato and basil pizza and a large house salad, too. We had the vegan mushroom roll and cheese bread. The dipping sauce that accompanied both was a homemade tomato and basil puree. “Great service tonight. They were low on the noodles so I asked for half purple rice. I understood so I wasn’t upset about it. We sat down to eat and several minutes later the man that was cooking brought over a bowl of hot noodles. “Every pizza place has their bad and good days, usually depending on who makes the pizza. Usually really good here. But, I recently ordered a cheese steak because I was the only one that didn't want pizza. What a let down. Dry beef, wondering where the rest was and a floury taste. Bread was really good thankfully. But very little meat. If I could add the picture i would.“

“Bought 2 pizzas on Friday evening for pick up. Order was ready and staff was very nice even though is was a little busy. My family and I have been buying pizzas for various family events for the past two years at Romeo’s. I really like their chicken topped pizza with some barbecue sauce added on top (extra). And they are not shy when it comes to adding pepperoni topping. One good thing I notice with them, is that their pizzas don’t drip in oil…which can happen with other pizza joints. So, without destroying the taste of their pizzas they have reduced oil, more of it being less messy than more healthy. And the pizza crust still tastes good.“
